Best Sport Training Center near Lubbock, Texas

This is a great fitness center. I don't play tennis so I won't comment on the tennis courts. The gym side of the business is exceptional. The weight equipment is first class as are the treadmills. The spin studio is the nicest I have been in. I have been a member of numerous Gold's Gyms, YMCA's and independent gyms that offered spin classes and this one by far the nicest. Clean, orderly and the music isn't played so loud you are doing hearing damage in a fifty minute class. The staff at the center haver all been over the top friendly and helpful. Hands down the best gym in Lubbock.

We did a pool party at the Falls for my daughter’s birthday. Mia and her team provided excellent service and we enjoyed having the cabanas to ourselves. I didn’t have to worry about anything. We got an excellent value for our money. We will definitely book a pool party at the Falls again!!

I went in to this gym today because I was interested in a membership to use the tennis courts. The front desk members who helped out were very friendly and welcoming. However the manager “Ronda” was very rude to me and my party. She was condescending, and didn’t even go over membership options. She went out of her way to make us feel unwelcome and dumb for not knowing there policies or prices. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you are interested in tennis courts go elsewhere.

i have nothing but compliments for this place its clean, quiet, well maintained, family friendly, and has all the equipment I need for my workouts. Alan does a great job running the place. PS I checked my gym agreement and it doesnt look like this gym has any connection to trufit? the company on my agreement is abc fitness so maybe they were owned by this company in the past but currently i do not think it is.

Love love love my Rockbox family. They make working out seam easy until you are sore the next day. I highly recommend this if you’re interested in getting back into a routine. They will hold you accountable and you will enjoy it.

Joining Rockbox has been life changing. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this good about myself and in my own body. The trainers and staff are so sincere and supportive and the members are friendly and fun. You really feel like you’re able to be yourself and work your hardest.

I would like to start working out here, but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. I tried to sign up for a free class online, but it says that someone is going to get back with me and no one has. I tried showing up during business hours, and the door is locked. I’ve tried calling, but it goes to voicemail and no one returns.

RockBox fitness is the best place to train or work at in Lubbock TX. Their members are like family and their classes will keep you coming back for more. I could not in good faith recommend anywhere else around to achieve your fitness goals!!

Fire and Ice is an excellent choice for martial arts training. If you want to truly learn martial arts this is the place to go. Mr. Bryce is an expert in the field of martial arts and teaches each student to reach above the average standard. Don’t settle for a participation belt or title. At Fire and Ice you can truly learn how to defend yourself in emergency situation where it might be needed. When it comes to martial arts I want my child to have the best of the best, not a false sense of security. We are thankful for all they do for our child. Definitely an amazing experience and life skills that can be used in all areas of their life.

We LOVE Fire & Ice! Been going here for over 3 years and so glad I just happened upon this little karate studio! We love the Christ centeredness culture and family atmosphere. The coaches love and care for each of their students and work at the pace and level they are at! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for their kiddo!

We’ve been going to Fire and Ice for a year now and they’re the most amazing people. So glad we took a that trial class. They care so much about the students and want them to succeed in All that they do! If you want a place where you instantly feel like family and your kid wants to learn all about karate- it’s here!!!!

Bryce and Hillary have treated us like Family since we walked through the door. His way of coaching/teaching is hard to find these days and it is intentionally impactful in the lives of our kiddos. As a parent you want strong, Faith driven leaders in your child’s life and that’s what you sign up for with Fire & Ice. Not just from Bryce but also from his Black Belts and Advanced belt students. We’ve seen our kids (3) accomplish so much these last few years and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in Martial Arts

My 5 year old has been taking class at Fire and Ice going on two years now! We could not be more pleased with all of the skills he has learned. His confidence has soared! Their facility is very impressive and every time you walk through their door you are treated like family. If you are in need of a karate school I highly recommend Fire and Ice!

My daughter came into cheer not knowing a thing about it… with the coaches and team she has, she now sees and knows what cheers about! She loves it… they really take their time to know these girls and help them as much as possible! The price is great, the teachers are great and my daughter is blessed to be apart of it!

We have been with Faith and Fire Athletics since the door opened! It has not only been a great experience for my daughter, but for our entire family! The entire staff is accommodating and amazing! The owner truly loves her girls! We are excited to see what transpires during season 2! If you are looking for a faith based cheer gym, come join! You won’t regret it!

Faith and Fire is absolutely fantastic. We started in a “big” gym and though my daughter loves gymnastics/cheer it was a struggle to keep her motivated to go. We have been at faith and fire for a year now and my daughter LOVES it. She has learned so much. The learning here is not only technique, but how to be a leader, a friend, and just a good human. This team is truly a family and a blessing to our family. Thanks Coach Cierra for all you do!
