The confidence, discipline and Strength my daughter has acquired since becoming part of Villa's Taekwondo has been incredible. Her growth and improvement on her techniques and focus have not gone unnoticed. I will forever be grateful for the Villa family's hard work and dedication to their students as well as the amazing friendships my daughter has made since becoming a part of the team. P.S. The class is FUN!

Villa's TKD is an excellent privately owned dojang that is committed to their students and athletes. My son started here nine years ago when he was slightly under five years old. We enrolled him after he showed interest in the classes, and we kept him in there because of the discipline, athleticism, the respect, and his development in becoming a great human being. My son is now in the gold competition team and is competing all over the USA and internationally as well. There is no wonder why Villa's Taekwondo is rated the number one Sparring school in the nation. With the leadership of Master Gus and Master Damian Villa we are hopeful that our son will become a World Champion and a future Olympian. Thank you Masters, coaches, and fellow athletes for your help, support, awesome training sessions... he wouldn't be able to achieve his accomplishments and goals without you guys.

I've never met a champion who happened to be one by chance... Villa's numerous champions have all achieved their triumphs via the guidance and caring of Master Gus, Mrs. Blanca, All Belt Mentors and especially their dedicated parents. My wife and I are very proud to have our 6 year old part of the Villa's Taekwondo Family. God bless and go Team Villa:)

The yard it's a pretty good gym. The warm up is fun but a routine. After, they pair you off either to learn some drills or light sparring. The instructor doesn't worry about pairing you off with the right person and unfortunately some people didn't speak English so we couldn't communicate. The space is great but I feel it is overpriced for what you get. Overall, chill people, clean area and plenty of bags. Careful with the homeless as they're creeping around. Thanks.

This place is all about you, individually, choosing to learn to fight and gives you the space, equipment, and people to practice with as well as grinding cardio and technique sessions. Easy to become a regular, make this a part of your routine - being taught to fight by grown up juvenile delinquents! The trainers are characters, fit perfectly in with the community and the neighborhood (part of LA's Rust Belt). Not clean, but neither is fighting. Not easy, but life never really is. I have made some real friends training here and have enjoyed the cold, the heat, the jokes, the frustration with finding your limits that The Yard hits you with - learning how to fight is great training for the other parts of your life and this place embodies that spirit. Best part of my day since 2017.

One of the best Sports Complexes in United States, where the kids quote on quote grow into Champions. The facility is organized in a very professional way that many kids come into the gym without having any sports experience and in a very short time achieve in so much success, and gain surprising strength. Kids with no experience come into the complex and come out of there as professional athletes which creates the strong future generation. Aside to the kids this is a Sports Complex where even the parents of the kids participate in the sports and trainings while their kids are being trained. The place is occupied with brand new sport equipment, very clean atmosphere, and includes all of the required and possible safety features. Place where people become Champions and dreams in sports come true!

This is the best gym I’ve been too by far and I’ve been to 3 others! The coaches are amazing and super attentive. During drills and pad work they walk around and will correct your form to make sure you’re developing good habits! Upon arrival the gym felt like home. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. Another great thing about this gym is that egos are left at the door. So if you’re looking for a community where you can get a great workout, better your skills , and meet amazing people. Left hand is your home.

Left Hand is truly a special place to train at. Coming in, you know there are top notch coaches across the board to train under, and you know you are training amongst the best of the best. Greg and Nate have been fantastic at training me personally, working with me to further develop the skillsets I would like to focus on, and providing me with more tools in my toolkit to continue working on. ALL the coaches who teach the classes across Muay Thai and Strength & Conditioning at Left Hand are equally as incredible, and I am grateful to be challenged every day by the high caliber of training at Left Hand. Nate and Melissa have really developed such a special place to train at!

I tried the 6pm class. It was so much fun! The coach really helps to fix your form and answer any questions you have. And gave the best advice to work on. Definitely coming back.
