My son has been training at Keystone for over 3 years now. He started there by attending speed and agility classes, and when he needed some help fixing his pitching mechanics, he started private baseball lessons. Kevin personalizes each session. He includes a little of everything - some fielding, some hitting, some pitching, and even some strength training. Kevin has made a huge impact on his development and growth as an athlete - he pushes him just the right amount. I’m lucky to have found a mentor my son trusts and respects.

Keystone Sports and especially Coach Zeb have brought my son to a whole different level. My son was always athletic and considered one of the better ones at his age group ice hockey. Since training with Coach Zeb at Keystone the past year he has taking his game to new heights, his overall speed, quickness, agility and strength have just skyrocketed. I can’t thank the staff and Coach Zeb enough for the time and attention they give him. The training is skill level and age appropriate and the costs are extremely reasonable compared to other like programs. Highly recommend Keystone to all athletes regardless of sport or age. We have done private sessions, small group sessions and the open classes. Even the open classes are great because it is an individual effort and my son can go as hard as he can even if there are more beginners there. Highly recommend Keystone to those looking to become better over all athletes.

I coach a 16U Softball team and have been using Keystone for our indoor training during our “off” season for the last two years. The girls train with Kevin once a week doing speed and agility as well as some conditioning workouts. It is incredible seeing the way they grow in overall athleticism during their time working with Kevin. They push themselves and grow each week and the people who work there are friendly and respectful. There are plenty of resources and equipment is accessible for the girls to do strength training in the winter months. There are two batting cages and a pitching machine that we utilize on Saturday mornings. The space is affordable and perfect for our team to get together and get reps in while we prepare for the spring season.

Our son is 12 years old and new to baseball. As he has never played on a team, and a lot of the kids playing at his age level have been playing for years, we thought some lessons would help him gain skills and boost his confidence to play this spring. Coach Zeb at Keystone Sports gave him exactly that! Our son is hitting, catching and throwing like he never had before and just as important, he has gained the knowledge and confidence that he’ll need on the ball field this season! We are grateful for this experience with Coach Zeb and would highly recommend Keystone Sports!

Spent some time with friends here playing a round of simulator golf and had a great time. The facility for golf was comfortable and the simulator seemed accurate although we never figured out how to take a mulligan, ha ha. If you'd like to work on your game, the simulator has an instructional mode and there is a PGA pro available, or you just want to play a round without waiting behind a group that is going slow, this is your place. There were others there training for other sports, soccer and softball were what I saw. There is also basketball and a weight room.
