One of the best instructors on the planet! Authentic martial arts taught with precision and attention to detail without all the fluff and mcdojo foolishness. Gloria is a great and attentive teacher and shows her vast knowledge and experience with every lesson and instruction. Taking classes here would never be wasted as she applies all of he skills as a teacher to real life scenarios and possible situations. GA needs more teachers like her!!!

If you looking for traditional and authentic Okinawan Karate Do then look no further. The quality of martial arts and training here are some of the best. Training is educational, functional and effective. I went as far as to even test an average class with a proven heart rate monitor to see the amount of calories burned and the effectiveness of the workouts. The numbers were beyond my expectations. It may be slightly tough for beginners at first, but if everything was easy then we all would be doing it. So be persistent, put forth the effort and this place will definitely provided results physically, mentally and technically no matter what your goals may be.
