Amazing! Our son did the two week trial and we were please with what was taught and the overall environment. Mr. Guse is awesome with kids. Our very active three year old really did well following his guidance. We look forward to signing our son up for classes in the near future.

Fantastic instructors and great atmosphere. I would give 10 stars out of 10 if Google allowed it. I have seen kids start with no discipline and come out in a few months with discipline and the urge to leader other students. The course curriculum is designed to accommodate most kids with a slow and steady progression. Their testing program showcases their student’s progress throughout each testing quarter and provides an opportunity for parents to showcase their child’s ability.

Changing Lives Martial Arts has been amazing for my kid’s confidence and discipline. The instructors go out of their way to get to know the kids and encourage them through their journey through taekwondo.

Our 5 and 8yo have been going for 3 months now and really enjoy the classes. Their confidence has increased immensely with many thanks to Mrs. Guze and Miss Rambo, we love their consistency, directness, and ability to get the kids to listen.

My son is Autistic and it can sometimes be difficult finding places (sports or otherwise) that are able to accommodate him.. the instructors here have gone above and beyond accommodating and understanding his “quirks” and differences, and that alone is worth a million stars.

UPDATE: Joshua gave me a call back and was very eager to get me in to show the facility. Knowledgeable about all classes and times, very open to having me come in. Great customer service and am excited to come in! Went to check it out but no answer this was today at 4pm. Called office no answer, rang door bell twice no answer. A little disappointed i am as I was eager to check out the gym to train.

I'm 62. I've had 4 knee surgeries and a hip replacement. My wife said I'm crazy for doing ju jitsu. I'm here to tell you ju jitsu changed my life. I did a full out sprint at training for the first time in 30yrs. I owe so much to ju jitsu. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with VH. God Bless

My whole family attends class every week and we couldn’t be happier. The instruction is top notch for all levels and we especially love how we have become a part of such a great community of people. Everyone here has welcomed us and encouraged us. I can see confidence building more and more in our children with each class we take. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended for anyone. Great membership price for the amount of training you get. If you can make it to the noon classes, it's essentially a VIP class. I recommend this gym to anyone who is new to the martial art.

Today I brought my two toddlers, one of whom has special needs. The staff were very friendly and approachable. My family and I felt accommodated and both kids enjoyed themselves. The children in the stay and play were kind, the space was clean and the staff presented like they were closely knit.

A nice oasis of calm compared to a typical YMCA -- unless to sign up for the very popular Regymen classes.

I initially submitted a consultation form for my daughter on Oct 2nd, with the understanding from the front desk person that a personal trainer/manager would pick up the request that day upon arrival. With no response, I inquired again on Oct 6th mid-morning only to be notified that the original consultation form was picked up that day by the same front desk person, and that I should be contacted later that day. No response. I went back on Oct 9th during the afternoon and spoke with what I felt like was a manager, who told me that she would reach out to the personal trainers and have someone contact me. I received an email from Cody on Oct 10th around 7pm, and responded on Oct 11th around 0900 requesting to speak and reiterate what I was seeking for my daughter. I just received a response today Oct 16th, (5) days after my earlier response providing a little more detail, and still asking if I wanted to discuss more about the consultation. I just responded appropriately, and requesting that we speak today to address my request and dissapointment of services being provided. It has been almost 3 weeks since I first submitted the consultation form on behalf of my daughter. Very unhappy with the services, especially being a long-standing member of the YMCA. My hope is that the YMCA management will take notice of the level of service being provided to their patrons, and work to provide better customer services.

I really like this Y because it has a private feel to it. However, Friday evening hours would be super awesome because Friday night exercise is great after work:)

Super place for personal goes physical and mental, very clean, awesome staff you can't go wrong. No fault to the facility but you have one gym rat that slings sweat on you without waiting for you to finish your set.
