The staff and coaches have been amazing with my nephew (12). He has been going for over a year and his confidence has skyrocketed and he looks forward to going every time 3 times a week.

When I was younger I use to go to this muaythai gym and I started around 240 lbs at the age of 12 and ended off around 180 In a couple of months I am now decently fit and weight 160-170 and learned a lot of discipline here and the coaches are 10/10 and the coach is very laidback highly recommend for those who want to make friendship and learn how to fight, discipline

Master Toddy's Anaheim is THE spot for people (adults and kids) who want to learn a martial art or simply just get into shape. This place serves all skill levels, so beginners shouldn't be intimidated before reaching out or coming for a visit. Although this is only based on observation, I have seen a lot of parents satisfied with the type of training their children get in the kids classes. The parents seem to love the interaction the coaches have with the kids, and they also seem to love the amount of knowledge the kids retain during each class. Another good thing about this spot is the value. For the price you pay to attend here, you would still have to fork up extra cash at other spots if you want to train more. You can come to as many classes as you want throughout the week. Although the gym only has classes during the afternoon and evening, the gym is generally open all day so members can go hit the bag or have a quick workout session any time during the day. I feel that the best thing about this spot is the camaraderie. Everyone here, including the coaches, are super friendly. The environment is welcoming for literally all skill levels. I would advise that anyone interested just come check it out. Master Toddy's is a totally great spot to train for both adults and kids! Jon, Van, Ernesto, and George are all really good coaches. I have seen people drive from MILES and HOURS away just to get a private lesson with Kru Jon. After working with him, myself, I kind of get the sense why these people would go out of their way just to train with this guy. In total, I would really recommend this place to people who are interested in trying out Muay Thai, a martial art, getting into shape, or trying something new. You'd be glad you tried it for sure!

I was visiting Anaheim a few days ago and wanted to get a workout in while on vacation and found Master Toddy’s Muay Thai gym. The owner and coach John Yu was awesome and really welcoming to me and my wife. Made us feel right at home right away and put us through a great Muay Thai workout with a good balance of padwork and drills. Great clean gym with a full size ring too! Two thumbs up!

Not a serious volleyball gym. On several courts there is a substantial discrepancy (~10ft) in distance behind the serving line from one side versus the other. Not only that, but the short side is abnormally short, preventing usual jump or topspin serves. This obviously confers a clear advantage to the team on the longer side. Maybe fine for 12U and lower. Not a great venue for older athletes. Other amenities far below average when compared to other venues in the area. Cafe is massively undersized and impossibly slow - not equipped for the number of people who attend. Bathrooms are equally undersized and always have long lines. It’s always a disappointment when I see this facility on the schedule. I hope they invest some of the exorbitant entry and parking fees into the appropriate improvements. Food update: if you wait long enough, you will discover the advertised $9 chicken sandwich is literally a single heavily fried chicken tender, cut in half and stuffed between two pieces of toasted wonderbread. Could not be further from anything one might expect to receive when ordering a chicken sandwich…A true travesty in its own right.

Overall not a bad experience. Traffic and parking can be a challenge but available. The facility is totally cashless but the alternate parking across the street is not so be prepared. The food court was preparing hot fresh food at a reasonable price. In my opinion the only issue would be with the very limited restroom facilities.

Cool gym. Gym parking lot is small, but for sports events like today’s Volleyball tournament, they also use the parking lot that is right in front, I believe that’s the inside swap meet’s parking lot. $20 per car. There only a few metal benches inside by each court, but it is not enough (and they are a bit uncomfortable lol), it is high recommended to bring your own chairs. They offer a snack shop and a equipment shop.

This gym is not the most convenient when you take into consideration the accomdations/amentities to the amount of people it facilitiates ratio. You'll be charged $20 for parking, which is extremely limited. If you don't get here very early, you'll be stuck in the line of traffic on the major just trying to get into the facility. In addition to the $20 parking, they charge you a $20 entry fee. Which I think is an absurd amount for a family to pay just to watch children play sports. The women's restroom has five stalls and 2 sinks. That's it for the entire facility. The line for the restroom is always long. You'll have players approaching asking if they can cut in line because they're in the middle of a match or they're about to start a match, etc. It isn't convenient for the players. In order to make more money, they cram a ton of volleyball courts into one facility. The seating is extremely limited. 2 bleachers for each side, and there is hardly enough room to walk from one side of the facility to the next. This place, when occupied, just screams fire safety hazard to me. I kept scanning the room and wondering what kind of mess this place would be if we had to quickly evacuate. I feel like they could do better and maybe limit the number of courts/games that are occurring at once. The no allowing outside snacks or beverages is a bit absurd also. They allow one bottle of water per person. Only so they can charge you $5+ for their water. The open gym premier Ladera Ranch location is much better, and they have it figured out. Despite their absurd prices.

We’ve played at nicer gyms. Cafe is nice, food is decent, but overpriced, but that’s expected. Worst part is there is no A/C inside the gym and it’s like a sauna. I kept having to step outside to get some clean air. Very stuffy and hot in the gym. For a large facility like this, I don’t understand why they don’t install an AC system. They charge enough in entry fee and parking to be able to install two full capacity units. Also, seating is very limited, so expect to stand. Horrible gym!!
