Solidcore is my place and home to one of the most badass workouts on the planet. For a full 50 minutes you plank, lunge, squat and shred your muscles until they fail. And while I know muscle failure does not sound fun, I do promise the coaches that give it to you are! There are different muscle focuses each day with an overall focus for each month. In the beginning it will be tough, but if you push through and just give it a shot I promise it will CHANGE you!

I’m hooked! Clean studio, welcoming staff, and killer workout! I go to yoga regularly and have a little experience with Pilates. . This is Pilates on crack and totally worth it! A must try if you’re looking for something new and challenging.

Club Pilates offers a great workout with a calming and positive atmosphere. The max class size of 12 allows for a personalized experience with a well trained instructor who knows you and how to guide you during the workout. I have referred many friends here and as a person that doesn't love to work out...I can say...I love it here!! Big thank you to the instructors... in particular, Cheryl, Bo and Nicole!

Club Pilates Wexford is my happy place! It’s always a great workout in such a positive, uplifting environment. I love how each class strengthens every part of your body. I actually look forward to working out. I am stronger and less stressed! There are so many wonderful teachers, each offering their unique perspective and knowledge of Pilates. If you’re on the fence, just try it! One class and you’ll be hooked!

Cheryl is one of the best instructors I have ever met! She is so knowledgeable, helps with forms and ensures to provide modifications in need . Every class is so unique! I have seen tremendous improvement in my back ache with Pilates and thanks to Cheryl for all her help and support!

Clean, well organized, on time! This was my first class after my intro. Bo was very clear and precise helping my daughter and I with her instructions and our form. She checked in with each person throughout the entire class. Great workout. Thank you Bo!

Love Club Pilates Wexford! There are several options for classes and multiple levels of each. Classes are taught with you in mind. Instructors make sure they are aware of any physical limitations and offer options so that you get the best workout for your body. Classes are great for all ages and genders. An added bonus is the friendly atmosphere they have created. If you haven’t tried it, I suggest you do. Your body will love you for it.

I am almost 69 years old and have had scoliosis all of my life. I have been taking private lessons with Joann for several years and it has been such a positive experience. Joann stays right with me during my lesson and coaches me to maintain proper body alignment and to get the most out of my workout. She is patient with me when my back acts up or I am having pain. She goes out of her way to help me when I am struggling with ambulation. I am also in rehab. with several physical therapists who give me the exercises and are off with other clients and not watching if I am doing the exercises properly. Joann stays with you and is very motivating. She wants you to succeed and be as mobile and flexible as possible. I highly recommend this studio if you want to get fit and healthy.

I’ve been going to IM=X Pilates for a few months now, it’s a great studio! Can’t say enough about the owners Brad and Joann, they are fantastic instructors and really make sure you understand the movements and the whole body connection. Correct your form with explanations and show you how to modify if you need to. I’ve also taken classes with Kelly, Melissa, and Angie, all different styles of teaching but the focus is always on proper form, and for you to get the most out of the classes you take. The classes have really helped with my back and neck issues, strengthening these areas so that when I go to see my chiropractor the adjustments move easier and last longer. It’s been a great experience so far, looking forward to seeing what the year brings!

Awesome group of people here who really care about helping you with your own personal progress. No one is comparing each other. I’ve had many surgeries and often have to alter what I’m doing from what the class is doing. And the instructors discreetly change my weight limits and help me. They’re the best!!! Recommend a few one-on-ones before starting group classes, if you’ve never done Pilates to help them to know your specific needs and/or limitations.

I just tried the Stretch and Balance virtual live class last week and it was great! I was reluctant to try it because I just really love Pilates and thought this would be something totally different. But a lot of what you learn in Pilates is transferable. I really liked that some of the exercises felt amazing, some were challenging but rewarding to see that I could do them, and some, well, I just couldn't do well at all, but that gives me incentive to keep doing it so I can see progress over time! Thanks so much for offering so many different types of classes!

I've been going to this studio for close to seven years. Though I enjoy exercising, I have never stuck to one type of exercise for this long. But, I like the results I'm getting and it's very fun. Brad and Joanne (owners) are very committed to helping their clients achieve their goals. They hire top notch instructors so their entire team is incredible to work with. I also find it's reasonably priced, another reason that has kept me coming back. No crazy gimmicks, just a straightforward commitment to being the best in the industry. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
