Best Pilates Studio near Sunrise, Florida

Lisa is the best and most engaging of all the trainers. Not sure if I will renew my membership because all the cp control and and cp restore classes are in the mornings during the week so if you have a job it's impossible to join those classes. Otherwise the only ones that are open in the evenings for people with a job are levels 1 and 1.5 and after awhile they become super monotonous. They don't challenge the body anymore so you don't see results. I would recommend the mix up the different classes in between the mornings and evenings because the same exact classes offered everyday is boring. You all need to do something about this.

It started out well. I thought that I could do class at different locations, I explained to someone that locations was not convenient for me , she stated she would conceal my membership , so that I would go to the locations that I wanted, then I noticed they still when and debited $229 out my account , this is so wrong , I called multiple times and the front desk person say that someone was going to call me back .I did even get to use all my first classes that I paid for

This studio and the amazing instructors who guide the workouts have made an extraordinary difference in my life. The environment is one of the healthiest I’ve seen & i leave each class feeling better than when i walked in.

Quality of classes really went down. They no longer feel like workout classes and just feel like stretching classes which is ridiculous considering I pay $240 a month. Instructors feel like a revolving door and the best ones leave.

I have been going to Pilates here for exactly one year and it has been the best decision of my life. The staff is super nice and the quality of the instructors are superior. I love going to Elena and Adriana’s classes because their technique truly pushes you. I especially like how Elena makes the classes unique. She adds something new almost every class which is great (some of the other instructors can be too repetitive and boring). Elena also gets to know each person individually. I noticed she was the only instructor that creates a personal relationship and because of that she pays attention to you in class in a way that’s almost customized. This is why we keep coming back. Thank you!
