Really like the stretching and exercising on the reformer beds, which reduces stress on joints.Some classes are done with CDs, and many are taught in person. There are a couple different levels of intensity. Class members are very friendly and welcoming. First class is free, and there's a schedule on the Facebook page, Reality Pilates Reformer.
