Milan is incredible. It was the earliest class and she came in with the best energy. I had never taken her class but she was so welcoming and open that I felt super safe in the class. Can definitely see why she’s a pro coach! Love her! I feel like Solidcore is super transparent about their class and their approach. It’s definitely not easy but I’ve never seen results this fast with any other workout class.

I have loved solidcore for years but the experience I had in this studio felt worthy of sharing. I took a class on Oct 8th at 3:30 pm with trainer Evan H (won’t put last name for privacy purposes). I understand solidcore is a tough class and the goal is to push yourself/reach muscle failure etc. But there should not be unnecessary pressure to push ourselves to the point of collapsing and injury. Typically trainers say “we don’t take breaks but if you need to you can take a few seconds to recover at any point”. During this class, Evan was beyond rude and degrading any time I took a 5-10 second pause during the class. He ridiculed me on his mic for “not keeping up” and not holding the pose the entire time. At one point, I was shaking during a plank and he came over and pushed the reformer out farther (increasing difficulty of the move) and my lower back gave out and I collapsed back. It was only by the grace of God my lower back didn’t tear. This trainer saw I was at my maximum - giving 100% - and intentionally compromised me within an inch of injury. Anyone who has taken solidcore more than once knows it’s not easy. I’ve taken dozens of classes, and know what I’m signing up for. But I have never felt so uncomfortable in a class and had to share my experience.

A+++ fitness experience. Easy to find location with the nicest staff. Booking online was quick and easy. As you walk in, they have lockers to put your stuff and clean restrooms. They make it really easy and welcoming for first timers. The regulars in the class are also very welcoming about form and the flow of class. Will was one of the best class fitness instructors I’ve had in a very long time. Would highly recommend.

Love going to bodyrok and all the locations are awesome! The staff are always so friendly and the instructors are all nice. This locations is my go to location and I have always had a good experience! I do enjoy bodyrok more than Solidcore.

I just left this studio, after rushing/making the commute to arrive on time, and was told I wouldn’t be able to attend class as it was showing up unpaid. I was told I used my 2 travel pass classes, which isn’t true and was removed from the class with the late fee “waived”. Nothing ever showed up on my end as this class being unpaid and I booked without any issues, so I’m not sure what the disconnect is but as a solidcore member, I’m extremely disappointed in the experience/service received. I won’t be back nor recommend this studio to anyone. Very unfortunate!

I get it's probably the policy, but I think it's strange to provide a key code to let yourself into the studio when you arrive early but it doesn't work until 15 mins prior to the class, especially in the WINTER. There's also a buzzer with an intercom, but a group of us was ignored until 14 mins before the start of the class and allowed in finally. The atmosphere feels like a pilates mill / v corporate that doesn't focus on cultivating a safe and welcoming space... or clean. The reformers are not cleaned well. I enjoyed the class itself and the instructor was great.

I've been doing Pilates Reformer for over four years and decided to give Solidcore a shot, but honestly, it fell short of expectations. The atmosphere is intense, but not in a good way. The music is so loud you can barely hear the instructor, making it hard to follow instructions or adjust form. Without clear guidance, it’s easy to get lost in the class, which also ups the risk of injury—I actually felt strain in areas that have never been a problem with Reformer. Compared to traditional Pilates Reformer, Solidcore feels more like an attempt to be high-energy than an actual workout focused on form and body alignment. For anyone looking to build strength safely and effectively, I’d recommend sticking with Pilates Reformer. It’s a better workout that truly works with your body, not against it.

Not for me. Compared to other pilates type classes where you get to work out your whole body, felt like this one mostly had sets that focused on 3 parts of the body. And the instructor didn't do the exercises for both sides of the body. I prefer sets where I can do on the left side AND the right side. It makes me feel imbalanced not to have that. overall a good workout, but felt pretty fast paced and might not be good for a beginner. Low variety of exercises but high intensity. Didn't feel too friendly of a spot. Meh.

The lady at the check in was super helpful and accommodating. She sorted us after we had issues booking on ClassPass. The class was great, coach Emily was superb - very clear and helped with form

Unless you have experience on reformer machines doing traditional Pilates to the point where you've mastered your form, I would not recommend this. I didn’t have experience so the class was difficult and scary. There is little to no focus on form and no stretching, only a "warm up" which involves difficult plank work for a few minutes. The next day I woke up with a neck strain - I can barely sit at my desk, walk, and can't move my neck in one direction without excruciating pain.

I’m new to SolidCore but am so in. The workouts are insane and make me sore in the best way. Also, the instructors have all been great. Laura keeps it fun, makes me laugh (double ab workout), and has a great balance of pushing us to do our best, but also acknowledging everyone’s level and ability. Good job!

When I arrived, I was already three minutes late. I just wanted to quickly change my clothes, but the receptionist asked me many questions besides my name. I understand these are questions the instructor would normally ask before class, but it clearly wasted another two minutes of my time. By the time I got changed and entered the room, the receptionist told me I was already five minutes late and could not join the session. I checked the time, and I was about eight minutes late. What I can't understand is why the receptionist didn't tell me right when I came in that I had to change within two minutes or simply say I was too late to attend, instead of asking me a bunch of questions like how many classes I've taken, any injuries I have, etc. to waste my time, and then telling me after I get changed that I can't attend the class.

No information on grace period - in the email they sent they did not mention anything about this. I arrived 6 MINUTES LATE and the receptionist kept me and wont let me in and she kept talking for 5 minutes straight you can just let me in while the class just started after the 5 mins period. I tried to call earlier saying that my train is delay NO REFUND because I booked through ClassPass??? And NO RESECHEDULE. Straight out very rude and I LITERALLY WALKED OUT OF THE DOOR AFTER RUNNING there and left my friend in the class. You just lose a customer. NEVER COME BACK
