Best Pilates Studio near Mt-prospect, Illinois

I love that Pilates is a low-impact workout, and the instructors and customer service have been fantastic. Melani helped me sign up and had great customer service. Meghan helped me downgrade quickly when I requested it, which I really appreciate.

I joined about a month ago and have enjoyed every class. The instructors are great! I am doing the unlimited and have gone every week at least 5 days. I love it!

I went to Club Pilates @ Mount Prospect my entire pregnancy and let me tell you it was my best pregnancy, best labor and delivery and postpartum out of my three children. I have a pelvic floor condition during my pregnancies that makes it extremely difficult to do every day things and strengthening my body with low impact that pilates on the reformer provides was key to the pregnancy. The body had the strength to deliver the baby quickly and with no tears mind you. And now 6 weeks postpartum my body is quickly recovering as well as feeling with enough strength and energy to go back to pilates this week. Not trying to sound like a commercial over here; I rarely give reviews, but I thought it was fitting to give this place what is due for the gifts it has given me.

Love my work outs for the last 4 years Staff is always professional friendly … it was a tough couple of years during covid but the staff kept it going. I want to mention a special thank you to Meghan for all her help throughout the years. Erna

I love this Pilates studio! I’ve been coming for a little over a month and the hip pain that I’ve had for years is getting better and much less severe. It’s a great way to strengthen your core, legs and fix imbalances in your body and that is just what I need. Scheduling classes ahead of time also holds you accountable as well and you stay consistent. Great and friendly instructors. Looking forward to seeing more results in the future!
