Betsy is such a patient, thoughtful, attentive instructor. She understands and works with my limitations, offering just the right amount of correction and encouragement. Highly recommend for anyone recovering from injury who is frustrated what her body can no longer do, but wants to discover what it can.

Back in May, I signed up for a personal training sessions. The first person they sent me up with never responded to reschedule training sessions. The second person I got connected with didn’t have availability when I did. It was going to be out of town for an entire month and then get back to me when they came back no one did that. I called Today to ask half of my money back since it’s been three months and I haven’t gotten a full session. And they were not willing to do that. I am not willing to do business with people who handle private clients this way. I was told that I can’t get half of my money back for a refund because the credits are still available and somehow I would still want to work with this company that did not follow through? I offered half of my money as a good faith gesture instead of all of it without a negative review but here we are.

Great place to practice pilates. I encourage all to experience. Take the 30 min intro; it may be life changing. Melissa is my favorite. Betsy is great too. Experience all the classes. You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend! Pilates has helped reduce my back pain tremendously in just a few months of attending reformer classes. My physical therapist recommended Pilates to help build strength after many months of working through hip and back problems. I was so weak in my core and Elizabeth helped provide adjustments for my first couple months. Since it’s a small studio, she could give me personal attention and custom feedback during classes. I’m finally living without daily pain and I feel so strong and stable. As I pick up some of my old activities now that I’m feeling better (skiing, climbing), I thought I would be back to basics but I’m much stronger than I realized. I see Pilates as a consistent part of my life going forward. So grateful to have found Touch of Pilates and Elizabeth!

Touch of Pilates is a pilates studio that feels like home. Elizabeth fosters a comforting and caring environment where all are encouraged to learn and make mistakes. The small class sizes help make you feel like you really do have her full attention. She is friendly, caring and I would recommend anyone to take a class at Touch of Pilates. I look forward to every day I get to come. Not only is it fun, but it’s improved my physical health immensely. I started Pilates with severe low back and hip pain and after a few months of classes, I started to noticed a big difference. Please support small studios and come to this amazing place!!

Best Pilates studio in town! Elizabeth is a fantastic teacher, the workouts are challenging and varied, and the studio is beautiful and clean. I have been taking group lessons and private lessons from Elizabeth for four years and have noticed a huge improvement in flexibility, strength, posture, and tone. She tailors the workouts to each client, and is great at coaching beginners and experts, both in a group setting and individually. She is knowledgeable with prenatal/postpartum pilates too!

I appreciate the small size of classes at Touch of Pilates, which allows each participant to get individualized feedback and coaching even in a group setting. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun... even when it's challenging! Elizabeth truly loves to teach and cares about helping each student progress at their own level. I joined as an absolute beginner and today I'm glad I landed at Touch of Pilates. I would definitely recommend Touch of Pilates to those who are new to pilates, or anyone looking for supportive and high-quality pilates instruction.
