I tried Solidcore for the first time today, attending a ‘coach in training’ session. The rumors were true—Solidcore is difficult! However, I really enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere, and the coach was very attentive. I appreciated the challenge and look forward to taking more classes.

Wow, Monique is amazing. I signed up for a class that I was not prepared for both because of my inexperience at Solidcore and I recently had a baby. She made me feel welcome and safe, and seemingly not at the expense of the other class participants. She’s a true pro in every way. I will return again for her INTRO class. Thank you Monique!

This was the first time going to this particular location and I was honestly disappointed on how I was treated by the man at the front desk. When I had walked in he stared me down making me feel uncomfortable so I greeted him first with a "good afternoon" he continued with his stare down and just said "name" with an attitude. I assumed he was probably having a bad moment so I let it be, but as other customers were walking in i hear him greeting them and holding a conversation, as we were walking into the class he would tell customers "have a great workout" but silence as I walked by. The class itself was wonderful, you really do great a workout in. I would love to continue to go to that location for the convenience but attitude I was faced with makes me want to look into other locations.

As a local Personal Trainer I was excited for solidcore to open. I am a big advocate for my clients to add Pilates to their routine, as well as mine. Solidcore is a great workout and difficult! Especially with a good instructor like Tara. Unfortunately the customer service of this company is lackluster at best. I hate that companies do not have a direct phone number to contact. This seems to me as very cheap and is very frustrating. If you contact them via email they respond within 3-5 business days which is wild considering you need 30 days notice to cancel or they add on a month. They also do not allow for sessions to roll over which seems like they are using a model that seems like a scam/money grab. Another thing that is unpleasant is in my classes I feel like the instructor singles me out as the only male in the class, with one in particular over emphasizing cues. I will most likely be back for certain teacher’s classes but will never purchase a package with this company again.

Had a worst Solidcore experience with Mikayla - the music was super loud and she was muffling with unclear instructions. Guidance was bare minimum. So unless you’re a pro with Pilates or want to waste 50min of your life, do not take this class.
