I love club Pilates, I just started attending regularly a few weeks ago and trying all the different classes. I’ve been taking classes with Swetha and I love taking her cardio class because there is also reformer flow mixed in which I love: every class is different as well so you won’t take the same class over and over

I’ve been coming to Club Pilates Kyle since November of 2022. The place is always clean and organized. Best of all are the instructors! They are so nice and always greet you with a smile and they will make sure you have an amazing workout emphasizing on stretching, using your core, and toning your entire body. If you’re looking for a place to start, this one’s it! And they have different levels to build your way from beginner to expert. I always look forward to my Pilates classes.

Highly Recommend!!! With my muscle and joint disease, there’s not a lot I can do that doesn’t cause any flare ups. Well, I don’t have to worry about that with Club Pilates. They’ve worked with me for several months now, building and strengthening my core and body, without hurting me. The instructors are amazing and offer modifications when needed. Honestly, Club Pilates is my favorite thing about moving here. Shout out to Veniese and Tori Anne!! They’re always keeping a close eye on everyone, making sure we execute the moves correctly, and they switch up the classes to keep it fresh and fun. Come see for yourself!!💕💕

Schedules an 8am class. Waited until 8:25 outside. No instructor was there. Doors were closed. No way of reaching anyone. Very unprofessional to have people waiting for a workout class. Have them wake up early. Drive. Just for no class to be held.

We LOVE Studio 1! Ever since their new location opened, we’ve been coming every week and more if we can. Their reformer class is awesome and we are excited to attend the posture analysis workshop and more of their classes soon too! Crystal and Frank take the time to work with you 1 on 1 and make sure you’re focusing on form. I’ve been working with Frank as a run roach for nearly a year now and having the pilates days built in as well has added to my strength and helped me prevent injury. I’ve been so grateful to have them to support me with my health and fitness. Can’t recommend their studio and services enough!

Crystal is a wealth of Pilates knowledge and experientially facilitates the mind-body connection. She teaches my husband and me, and as we move, she highlights specific ways we're holding our bodies that reflect imbalances, which contribute to our post-40s aches and pains! AND, in classes, she helps us collectively and individually strengthen our weaker spots to move through life and feel better. Highly recommend for beginners or advanced Pilates students! A++

If you're looking for REAL Pilates with personal attention and small class sizes, Studio 1 is totally worth it. It's local, family-owned, and teaches the classical style! I first got into Pilates at a private studio in Austin and loved it. But after we moved, I ended up at Club Pilates, where they do a “fusion” style. A lot of the time, I’d leave class thinking, "Oh...that’s it?" With around 10 people in each class, it didn’t feel like I was getting the attention or quality I wanted at Club, especially when I was prenatal. After having our first baby, I really wanted to get back into a higher-quality Pilates routine, so I signed up at Studio 1... and I’ve been looking forward to every class since! Frank helped me in the private intro sessions, focusing on post-partum recovery and conditioning my body. After regaining my confidence on the reformer, I started group classes with Crystal, and I always leave feeling like I’ve had a real workout, with lengthening and correction! One time, Crystal adjusted my hip just slightly, and the whole routine instantly felt different!!! Frank and Crystal make an effort to get to know you as a whole person - your name, your problem areas, your capabilities. That level of detail and attention is something I’ve never experienced at Club Pilates. Switching to Studio 1 has been absolutely worth it — the right form and personalized attention really make all the difference! High quality practice that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My wife and I are 69. We were lucky enough to discover Crystal and Pilates a short while ago. It has altered our golf and pickleball performances immensely. Crystal makes it about us and what we need and what we can aspire to. Truly customized to our individual needs. Try it and see for yourself.

Have been fortunate to do Pilates since the late 1990’s. Crystal + Frank are one of the best instructors ever! Not only do they know Pilates, their understanding of movement of the body is amazing. You are missing out if you do not try a few sessions with these great people! Totally appreciate Studio 1‼️‼️
