While someone may be well educated or “certified” in a certain field, it does not always qualify them to teach in that given field. Instructors play a huge role that can make or break an experience - ESPECIALLY when someone is a beginner. I won’t be returning.

I joined with a friend on a whim... fast forward to now, and I am OBSESSED!!! I could not start my day without pilates. What an amazing studio. The trainers are all so knowledgable and sweet. I have to say with over 50 classes under my belt, I don't think there is a day that I have done the same workout twice. They always change things up and make it fun. If you have never tried Pilates TRY IT!!! You will not be disappointed with "For The Love of Pilates"... I Promise!!!

I have been wanting to try a Pilates class for a long time and finally did...my body just can't handle high intensity workouts anymore! I wanted to try something that would help me strengthen and tone without so much pounding on my joints. The instructor was so knowledgeable and patient while guiding me on what to do. I was a little intimidated walking into the studio, but she made me so comfortable. This is a brand new studio...the owner works the front desk and is very welcoming and friendly. I am looking forward to my next class...was a great work out!
