I've had a great experience with Brian at Chi Balance, who was recommended by my trainer. He's a good listener and has been able to relieve a number of muscle and pain issues. He uses a nice variety of methods and explains everything in a clear way. Making appointments is easy and convenient. Highly recommended for pilates, massage, chiropractic work etc.

A new location to help you get your body in alignment and health in good condition. They teach you how to have good posture and to learn how to breath and de stress yourself with various techniques and conditioning via your mind and muscles. This is located in a shopping center in fairless hills near buisness route one!

Very knowledgeable and excellent instruction. Variety of therapeutic services offered is a great additional bonus. I highly recommend this studio.
