This is the first Pilates studio that I have joined, I was nervous to start but the instructors were so kind and helpful. I have been a member for a few months and really look forward to every single class! Could not recommend this studio more.

Fantastic workout. So many Pilates variations with the option of Align to scratch the classical Pilates itch. Courtney (of course - she’s the genius behind all of it) Wes, and Sarah are the standout instructors. All are at the top of their game with their sensible cueing, Pilates/fitness knowledge, swift transitions, eyes on every body and smart flows.

I’ve been coming here since November 2023 and I fell in love with Pilates. I love their classes and everyone is extremely kind! Allie, Natasha, Holly and Carly are some of my favorites but everyone is great (:

The class was ok. I asked about the speed I should be taking on certain positions and I was told it didn’t matter, which is odd considering all my other Pilates studios tell me this matters. Additionally, I purchased a pair of biker shorts for the class. I wore them and they were terrible - not made for Pilates. They rolled up from the bottom and down from the top. It was super distracting and took away from the class. I asked for a refund (or store credit) for the shorts right after the class and they would not give it to me. I was verbally told by the person working that I could use them for Pilates, but after I asked for a refund they told me the clothes they selling are not specifically for Pilates. After pushing back they said they give me 25% off a new purchase. For a high-end Pilates studio, I am super disappointed and will not be back.

Pilates Republic is the best! All of the instructors are amazing. Every class I’ve taken has been a fantastic full body workout and all the different formats keep it interesting and so much fun. I highly recommend trying renew, the yoga/pilates fusion, when you’re looking to lengthen, lean, and stretch - and tone, the barre/pilates fusion, when you’re looking for a kickass workout with awesome music and upbeat vibes! The studio is so clean and beautiful! Try a class if you haven’t yet - you’ll be hooked!!

Good pilates studio with chill instructor. Everything was great but music was too loud to hear/understand instructor clearly, they could just lower the volume and it'll work out. Low key hope they get better Playlist too lol

Love Bodyrok. All the instructors are amazing and Daniella is truly exceptional. It is a killer workout that has made me stronger and leaner. The classes are always different and always challenging so you stay motivated and don't get bored.

Daniela is the best!! I get a great workout and I'm sure to be sore the next day. She helps with any adjustments you may need and is so happy to chat before class to get to know you.

I was excited to try this studio bc I’ve heard good things. I just got the okay to workout again post c-section and have always wanted to try a reformer type class. I arrived and felt completely lost, there wasn’t anyone who was very welcoming or that seemed like valued a new face. I struggled through the workout feeling like I didn’t understand how to work the machine correctly, and being that the class was labeled “open level” I was hopeful maybe before they would show me how to navigate them (I arrived 10 min early and explained my nerves and that this was my first time at a class like this). I’m bummed and won’t be back, I was hoping they’d redeem themselves at the end and offer some encouragement or at least ask how i liked it or what I thought. They obviously aren’t interested in the new peeps.
