Flew in from Cali to visit family and wanted to keep up with my weekend Pilates routine. I googled Pilates near me and found this gem a few miles from me. Attended a Saturday class which was a small group of three, staff was friendly and informative. I would recommend anyone in the area or new to Pilates this studio is clean and you get a great workout while still being a beginner level!

I've been going to this Pilates studio regularly for almost 2 years and I can honestly say that I feel so much better and stronger! Thanks to the small classes and the amazing Pilates instructor, Julie, it's a lot of fun! Julie even adjusted the exercises for me so that I could continue during my pregnancy. I'm so sad to be moving away but can't recommend this Pilates studio enough to anyone that wants to feel great after every class!

I’ve been going for a little over a month and I LOVE it. Julie is soooo attentive, welcoming, and such a great instructor (great music too). I’ve seen changes in my strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall health. Really recommend!

I have been coming to classes regularly for a few months. I am so happy to see a change in how my clothes fit, how I carry myself,and how I feel! I'm even seeing ab and leg muscle definition! I've always been pretty active , including running and mountain biking regularly. Recently, I began to notice pain in my knees and feet, presumably from running. Ms. Julie's excellent instruction and encouragement have allowed me to challenge my body and work out to build strength and flexibility WITHOUT hurting or injuring myself. Every class is different. We almost never do the same exercises two classes in a row despite targeting the same muscle groups. There are always variations to keep it interesting. My husband always tells me I look good, but thanks to these classes, I'm starting to believe him because I am seeing change! I will be continuing classes to see continued results!

Pilates is great! It feels more like self care than a workout and I look forward to going. I've gone to almost every day for two weeks because it feels so nice to go. I've also noticed a significant difference in my whole body especially my stomach and it has honestly been fun. Julie is an amazing teacher, she creates a super friendly environment and I think any person of any age would feel comfortable attending the classes. Even with my busy schedule I can always find a class I can fit in. I can't say enough of how happy I am that I found this pilates studio.
