I started my Pilates journey this summer and it's been fantastic working with Tabatha. She's incredibly professional, genuine and sincere. She has a breadth of knowledge and uses engaging  techniques to help newbies like me understand the connection between the movements and my body. Pilates has been a wonderful mind+ body experience that makes me feel wonderful but also gives me an opportunity to practice mindfulness. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey.

Awesome experience with Tab Pilates! Tabatha is an expert instructor who meets you where you are and challenges you to be your best. I have enjoyed both the Mat classes and the Reformer classes and can see the progress from week to week!

Logan Square Pilates & Core Studio is such a wonderful space! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating an environment that feels inclusive for all body types and fitness levels. Their focus on holistic health really sets them apart, and they do an amazing job of accommodating individual needs and skill levels. Daniel is an exceptional instructor—his expertise and thoughtful guidance have made a huge difference in my progress. My core is stronger than it has ever been, and I feel so much more confident in my body. This is my first foray into Pilates and I now go at least twice a week because the results and the supportive community keep me coming back. I can’t recommend this studio enough!

Absolutely love this gym! I have been attending their Throwback jam pilate mat & reformer class. The instructors are attentive & helped adjust my posture to ensure i was doing everything correctly for maximum impact to my core.

Glad I finally listened to my Physical therapist and started taking classes regularly. Love all the instructors I've worked w/, esp. Molly, Chris & Aileen who all help ensure good form and fun. An hour goes by so fast! I have a monthly pass for floor classes and really value scheduling out weeks in advance.

I saw DeeDee for personal instruction for a few months and it was one of the best experiences! I even got my partner to do duet sessions as well. I have a disability that impacts my muscles and I was quickly losing my strength and really thought hope was lost since physical therapy wasn't enough but my body wasn't strong enough for strength training either. My neurologist reccomended pilates but said it was important I found a place that could be accommodating. My sessions with DeeDee were AMAZING! She really matched my energy, customized sessions to my needs, and really helped build up my emotional and physical confidence in my body. I never thought I'd see the day where I can get out of a chair without using my hands or just get up from the floor. Hello core strength and knee stability! I thank DeeDee for these new abilities! I was so nervous before signing up because fitness studios can be a scary place for someone with a physical disability but DeeDee was so welcoming- the whole space was/is. I even told my neurologist about DeeDee so her other patients could easily find a studio that is welcoming. I have learned a lot and can't wait to come back for more sessions in the future.

Everyone that works here is honestly amazing! Ray is always so helpful and kind and welcoming. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership due to medical reasons but this is one of my favorite studios in Chicago. It’s such a quaint small studio and it really feels like you’re getting one on one training. If you’re debating starting Pilates this is the place to do it. They have fair prices and amazing instructors. I hope to be back in the future.

Gabe is the best! First time coming here, great adjustments with beginner, intermediate and "push" options. Lots of explanations and variations with light push to make you work harder with kindness

I took class with Olivia.M and it was awesome!! When I arrived for my class the previous classes instructor was at the front desk to greet new clients and answer questions. The front lobby was a bit cramped so people coming in will have to compete for space to access the lockers before class. The music in the lobby and inside the class was vibrant and really matched that pace and energy of the class.The instructor took attendance and showed 2 moves before class which is always helpful. The only critiques I have is that no one asked about comfort with hands inc corrections or any existing injuries. It also would have been nice to have more amplifications offered( like one arm elevated V up) Overall it was a really great experience and I’d highly recommend checking out coach Olivias class if you’re looking for a tough, but fun workout! Side note:Parking was easy for me, but I went in the morning when there was really no one parked on the street.

I just started with Solidcore and I am OBSESSED! I've taken 5 classes so far and every instructor has been great at this location! Big shout outs though Trevor and Jaimie; music, direction and especially energy were so on point with these two!! What I really love about Solidcore classes in general are not only are they a phenomenal workouts, but the coaching style is also very motivating. I HIGHLY recommend taking a class, even just to test it out. What have you got to loose?!

Great first time visit to Solid Core West Loop. Went to a number of classes in Indy which gave me a level of familiarity, but the instructor (Lauren) was welcoming and friendly and got us oriented in no time. Great playlist and a challenging workout to get the weekend started - worth the time, effort, and $.

I cannot say enough great things about [solidcore]! The work out is VERY challenging - but I walk out of every class feeling so accomplished and bad ass. I've had several different instructors, and they have all been extremely encouraging and enthusiastic; they give every class their all - and it shows!

Yesterday was my first and last time taking a solidcore class. I was invited by a friend and didn’t necessarily have all the details. While I admit I arrived five minutes late, the instructor made me feel less than welcome. I later realized I was in a more advanced class (my friend’s fault) but I will never forget how the instructor made me feel less than and out of place, which I’m sure is the opposite of how solidcore would want participants to feel walking into their studios. I ended up leaving the class early. I won’t be back.

I loved this place! It was so much fun. The instructor was really energetic and had a positive attitude. Me and this other girl I met there, we didn't know what we were doing half the time because we fell behind a lot. Completely on us because we were just not fit enough to keep up. (I barely worked out before this class) But the instructor kept coming back to us to help. Everyone in that class was super friendly too. The teacher seemed like she had a good relationship with her repeat students. Place was clean. Music was good. The aesthetic is pretty. I can't wait to come back here! I just wish I remembered the instructor's name. I think she had long red hair. I legit looked scared but the instructor kept reassuring me I wouldn’t fall. Tips for anyone going: I know it's summer now, but if you go when it's cold, remember that they don't unlock doors until the prior class ends. So don't go super early. I easily found paid parking across the street. I wish I researched online about this class before I went. It would've helped a lot!

AMAZING WORK OUT!!! It's INTENSE! You will leave there barely being able to walk and in pain the next day but it's well work it. The instructors hype you up!
