Jen is excellent and makes you feel like home. As a new person in the studio I felt like I have a new family. I brought my Aunt and Mom with spinal stenosis to help them create strength and AnneLiese and Josie were excellent. They help my precious elders feel safe, welcome and started off their journey into Pilates. I highly recommend this place
