I've now been working my fitness program with Adam, Caitlin, and Max at MBI Fitness for two years. In that time, I've met many of my life-long goals around flexibility, stamina, and extending my general health into my 50s. I ran my 15th half-marathon this year, and—for the first time ever—felt like I had more "in the tank" at the end of the race. The MBI Fitness team are attentive, knowledgeable, flexible, and supportive: they know the science behind how to keep workouts challenging so that I'm constantly making incremental progress. Plus the gym where they work is filled with friendly and supportive staff and patrons. Adam, Max and Caitlin are the real deal. As someone who has struggled to prioritze health and fitness the last several years MBI has been a real game changer. MBI blends experience, motivation and camaraderie in a way that really works. I have not been as limber, strong and energetic for many years. Money well spent. Highly recommend.

Adam and team are wonderful trainers; unlike some trainers I’ve been to in the past Adam and team assess your goals (modify as needed), your ability levels and help set realistic targets which sets them apart from others who are just trying to sell you a pipeline dream that isn’t realistic. I would highly recommend MBI fitness to anyone who wants to take their fitness goals to the next level. Adam is personable, charismatic and knowledgeable. He and his team are accommodating of my frequently changing schedule which any busy person can appreciate. If you’re looking for a new trainer or to take your fitness goals to the next level you can’t go wrong with Adam and his team.

I've been working with Adam Goldberg for the past year, starting in June 2023, and my experience has been very positive so far. In the beginning, I had zero experience with weightlifting and was cautious due to my history of lower back pain and being just 126 lbs. Under Adam's guidance, I've become significantly stronger, gained over 15 lbs of lean body mass, and noticed a reduction in the number of injuries. This increased strength has enabled me to take on activities like rock climbing and whitewater kayaking, and I've even noticed an improvement in my lap swimming speed! During Adam's absence, I've also had training sessions with Max and Caitlin. Their dedication to helping clients meet their fitness goals is just as commendable. In summary, Adam, Max, and Caitlin form a solid and enthusiastic team of personal trainers. I feel fortunate to have accessed their services in State College and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their quality of life by investing in their wellbeing!
