I’ve had many trainers before but none that actually dealt with nutrition. I always thought it was all about working out five times a week or running everyday but it’s all about the diet and that’s what Phillip taught me. I’m currently down 23 pounds in the 5 months I’ve been here and it’s been an amazing journey. Phillip and Johann really care about all the details. They’re very strict (I hate it but I love it) but that’s what gets the results. If you’re looking for a trainer who will get you real results, Aspire Fitness is definitely the choice for you!

I’ve been training with Phill for over 2 years now and I’ve been absolutely in love with the progress. I started at 115 pounds and I could never put on the size I wanted no matter how hard I tried. I’m now standing at 140 pounds and I feel healthier and stronger than ever. One of the biggest things that working out consistently has done was give me more energy. I feel like I’m so much more energized and I’m so glad I made the jump to start personal training. 10/10 trainers here. You won’t regret it.

Before working with Phillip as my personal trainer, I was a stranger to the gym. To be clear I was very active with Club Pilates for a year and a half, doing 10-12 classes per week. However instead of dropping weights and toning up, I actually gained a few pounds. That journey of health and fitness led me to Aspire Fitness, and clearing misconceptions of weight lifting can bulk you up. Within my first 10 sessions I was down 8 pounds , lost an inch in my waist and 3/4 inch in my thighs. It’s not just about losing the weight or the inches, but my perspective of working out and lifting weights has changed completely, and I can say that I’m aspired to working out and actually enjoy it. This will be a part of my lifestyle, which I could not have adopted had it not been Phillip. He is very coachable, charismatic, and knowledgeable . Thank you Aspire and team for the journey.

BEST. GYM. EVER. Not a big reviewer but this more than warrants one. After bouncing around countless mediocre personal training facilities, I stumbled upon Aspire last summer and have been training here ever since. Losing over 20 pounds in total and greatly improving my figure over this period, I can say with confidence Phillip is one of the best in the game. Instead of providing the conventional cookie cutter formula to all clients, Phil's training style is specifically tailored to each individual's goals, lifestyle, and pace. His extensive knowledge in nutrition and bloodwork helps create the best meal plan for optimal results, all the while his patience and understanding cultivates a space where he becomes not only a mentor, but also a friend during the process. His passion for his job and authenticity is apparent in just a few sessions. Phil also hires trainers that embody all these qualities; what sets Aspire apart from other facilities is each employee's dedication to pushing you to your full potential, all the while making the session seem like you're catching up with an old friend. Not limited to just exceptional trainers, the hygiene and tidiness of the gym is also unmatched. Finding Aspire was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. One of my goals for my fitness journey was to lose weight and gain muscle. Phillip, Jack, & Emit are such dedicated trainers that have helped me lose my fat at a steady rate. I really appreciate how thorough they are when training me even if my form is slightly off. They will take time out of your workout to make sure you nail the right posture and they don't rush you through it. The other great thing about coming here is how accepting they are and how comfortable they make you feel at the gym. They want to get to know their clients more to not only help them with their fitness journey, but also how you feel overall! It's always a pleasure coming here!
