When I joined my goal was to build more muscle so I do strength training at Body20 once a week. After 8 weeks I gained 2.2 pounds of muscle and lost 4.3 pounds of fat while my total body weight was only .6 pounds less. It is a challenging workout but I see results. Total change in my body composition, everything fits better! Amazing results.

I started in Newtown when it opened. I absolutely see a difference in my arms. And love that I’m in and out in 20 minutes. The trainers are great to work with also. I highly recommend.

I started at Body 20 in September . The trainers are knowledgeable and the workout is super ! I have noticed I am more tone and have more muscle . Definitely recommend

I enjoyed my arms demo and the crew were very pleasant. The workout on just my arms was easy on my bones and joints while hard (in a good way) on my biceps and triceps.
