Joining Alloy fitness at Sienna to improve my physical fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The team of incredible coaches customize and completely understand your specific challenges and work very patiently to not only create a plan that is tailored to meet my specific needs but also continuously cheer you on which has made me very confident in achieving my goals. I highly recommend them.

When I finally decided to join a fitness class, I had a checklist: Close to home 🏠 Group classes 👯 Strength training 💪 Knowledgeable staff 🧑‍🏫 Flexible schedules 🕰️ Budget-friendly 💵 I found all of these with Alloy and couldn’t believe my luck! I've been a member since October '24, and it’s been amazing. It genuinely feels like a community. The focus is always on health and fitness, but the staff spice things up with fun events like happy hours and Christmas sweater potlucks. The trainers make an effort to get to know you personally—you’re not just another face in the crowd here. Don't get me wrong, you will sweat buckets after class, but that's how you know you’re actually working out instead of just vegging out on the couch. If you’re scouting for a fitness center or gym, do yourself a favor and check out Alloy!

I can’t say enough good things about Alloy Sienna! Since I started working out here, I’ve gotten so much stronger, and it’s all thanks to the amazing coaches. They’re very supportive, know their stuff, and make workouts fun (even when they’re tough!). The vibe here is awesome – super motivating and positive. Highly recommend!

From the first day I started at Alloy, I felt like I was part of a family. In less than 2 months, I gained 5 lbs of muscle mass and reduced body fat %. At 53, I’ve found the workouts to be challenging but doable and I feel really strong. The coaches will always modify the workout to your level. They give 110% attention and support for any concerns you may have. I have found the one place that will make me stick to a plan and actually love it!
