I cannot recommend Triple P Fitness enough! This gym is truly a gem for people at all fitness levels. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming environment where the trainers genuinely care about your progress and well-being. The team—Noah (the owner), Adrian, Lauren, Tyler, Chris, and Alyssa—create an incredible sense of community that makes you want to show up and give your best. Everyone, from the trainers to the gym members, becomes part of this supportive network, which is truly the cornerstone of making real progress in your fitness journey. The quality here is unmatched. The equipment is top-of-the-line, well-maintained, and always available—no waiting, no guesswork. The sessions are packed with detailed, one-on-one training designed to maximize every workout. I’ve been training with Adrian for almost a year now, and he has been an absolute game-changer for me. There’s something in the water at Triple P. As a former couch potato, they have me hooked on their energy and enthusiasm. What’s unique about this gym, team, and service is something that I didn’t see coming when I signed up for free consultation but kept me coming back: this team is creating community amongst the clients and staff and has an exceptional hospitality approach with the clients. Every trainer genuinely engages and connects with their clients and everyone who comes in to visit. That’s the hallmark of hospitality. My trainer Alyssa is really supportive, fun, and approachable. She’s always well prepared, professional, and genuinely invested in seeing me exceed my goals. I was totally sold on taking advantage of their hour sessions package deal when I did my very first deadlift and got encouragement from both my trainer and another trainer, Chris. I felt like I had a team behind me and pushing me to go further and further. They want to see you succeed too, so what are you waiting for?

Tyler and the other trainers at Triple P Fitness are top notch. Tyler stays right on top of our appointments, lest any be missed or forgotten. He is prompt and ready to get going for our sessions. Cheerful, pleasant and conversational. He is very attentive to form and detail of the particular exercises. I joined Triple P because I simply wasn't achieving results with my solo workouts. Tyler pushes me hard, having me perform reps until "failure." The facility is smallish but adequately contains the professional line of new machines and weights. All the trainers are young and have a penchant for loud music. Their own physical condition is an inspiration for myself. I enjoy being part of this group.

I’ve been working out with Adrian going on four weeks now and I cannot believe how much my strength has increased in such a short amount of time! He pushes me but is also very aware of my capabilities and never takes it too far. My initial FREE consult was thorough, and followed up with a FREE 30 min workout to help me determine whether Triple P was a good fit for me. Goals were set, and we work together as a team to achieve them! I’m not a fan of big gyms with lots of people so this is a perfect, intimate fit. Everyone knows each other and that makes the process less intimidating! So excited to see what a few more months of 3x a week can do for me! Thanks Adrian and thanks Triple P!

Triple P is a very welcoming, motivating and friendly environment with great trainers! Met with the owner Noah who is great and showed me around and set up my first free session. I then met with my trainer Chris who is great, very knowledgable and takes the time to explain each work out and what it targets. As well as answer any questions I may have. Highly recommend! Check them out!

Before Erika, I was prone to injuries bc I was trying to do workouts not right for me. Her knowledge and experience have provided me with workouts that change as my needs change. Her guidance keeps my workouts going strong in the studio and even when I am out there on my own.
