Would highly recommend for athletic training and boxing. I began coming here about a year ago. Bodies By Bristol opened me up to boxing in a very professional light. Emphasizing speed, defense, and unique angles on opponents. I improved my health and physique tremendously with the help of Bristol’s nutritional expertise. His enjoyable diet plan turned into a lifestyle for me. It left me leaner, stronger, and feeling confident. I couldn’t have chosen a better gym with more supportive trainers.

I joined BBB last year. It has been such a transformation. I am so much stronger and my nutrition has improved. Kenyatta is amazing. She focuses on the right areas to get the most out of your work outs. I highly recommend Bodies By Bristol to anyone who wants to change their life for the better.

I have been working out with Bristol for about three weeks now doing 1-1 boxing and loved him and his team so much I started doing 2 training days a week as well. I have had a lot of injuries, and through his knowledge and tests he has helped me feel and look the best I have in a long time. In just three weeks of only twice a week, I’ve lost 7 pounds! I would definitely recommend Bodies by Bristol to anyone.

Bristol is the real deal. What I accomplished and learned in three months with him was nothing short of eye opening. The habits he helps establish, the detail he goes into for food, exercise and sleep all helped me lose almost 10 percent of my body fat and build muscle at the same time! My body truly went through a DRASTIC transformation under his guidance! The best part is, what he teaches you is designed to last and that’s what I appreciate most. He not only trains your body, he trains your mind AND spirit. If you really are serious about building lasting exercise, food, and health habits, this is your trainer!

Strength, motivation, and innovation— working with Nick and Taylor at TTR Performance has redefined what strength training means to me! As a national board-certified functional health and wellness coach, I know how important physical training is to overall well-being and performance, and I thought I was personally doing pretty well in this area. I was working out on my own most days but started to realize that I wasn’t really feeling or seeing any changes in my body. I started working with Nick and Taylor only 3 days a week, and in a few months, I began to notice a remarkable increase in overall strength, with significant improvements in core and hip strength! I’ve been doing adult small group fitness classes at TTR for 1.5 years. The workouts are customized to each individual client, to help meet their individual goals, and you get new customized workouts frequently (after doing the workout 4 times). Nick adapts the workouts to each client’s fitness level and is easily able to accommodate any physical injuries or limitations. I’ve had a wonderful experience and find the environment to be welcoming and pleasant. Adults of any age or fitness level would benefit from training at TTR Fitness and Performance, which is why I continue to recommend it for many of my patients.

I highly recommend this gym! Taylor and Nick are extremely kind and welcoming and this gym is a wonderful, unintimidating environment for people of all ages and experience levels. I look forward to my workouts at TTR and have felt so much healthier and stronger since starting here consistently. They take the time to assess your current ability levels and couple this with your specific goals to construct an individualized workout plan that is challenging and helpful to achieve your goals. Workouts are constantly evolving with regards to weight, reps, etc. and rotate on a regular basis so that you will never become complacent. The staff is always readily available to happily answer questions, provide modifications, and ensure that exercises are being done properly to get the most out of each rep and prevent injury. I could not recommend this gym enough to anybody with any type of fitness goal!

I’ve been working out at TTR performance (aka Velocity) since 2010. I love it there! Three specific things that keep me there and happy are the personalized workouts, the knowledgable and attentive trainers, and the super chill vibe. Nick customizes my workouts to help my tennis game and prevent potential overuse injuries. And if I am uncomfortable with a particular exercise, all the trainers are quick to come up with alternatives to work the same muscles in a less strenuous manner. Finally, the other people who workout at TTR are nice and great fun! TTR has something to offer clients at all levels!

Having participated in the ‘Lift for Life’ program these past couple of months, I couldn’t be more pleased with the improvements in my strength, endurance, and flexibility. These advances are a consequence of both thoughtfully tailored and periodically adjusted exercise routines designed to suit individual preferences and goals and the attentive and supportive guidance of Nick and Taylor, trainer owners, during workout sessions. They’ve created a clean, inviting, and comfortably arranged space, furnished and supplied with the necessary fitness equipment and gear, and are committed to assisting their members in achieving improved health and wellness.
