I have been going to Carlisle Core for five months and it has made such a huge difference in my life. I went from living with daily pain and constantly making sacrifices to now conquering goals I never thought I could have. Angie has been there for me with encouragement and help. I’ve been taught more than how to exercise. It’s a mindset change. I look forward to seeing how the next five months change me further. I cannot recommend Carlisle Core more for anyone who needs someone in their corner to help them turn their lives around. You have to do the work yourself, but it’s not so hard with Angie and her team there cheering you on.

I am excited Coach Jon has done a reoccurring review of my goals and progress to date and has designed a new program for me focusing on balance, hip and leg strength and upper body strength. Aerobic exercise is also a part of my weekly routine along with rest days. Changing exercise programs keeps working out regularly from getting boring. Thank you, CCFH

For some people, it can be easy to decide to take control of your health and get more physically fit. When physical limitations have developed, however, the average person might not know exactly what the correct approach and method will be to get strong again. At Carlisle Core Fitness and Health I underwent an evaluation of capabilities and limitations, and then communicated to the team my goals. Jon, who works with me, uses expertise I do not have, careful and close observation and gradual challenges in order to help me make progress. He is thorough, patient and encouraging. I am seeing small improvements in my daily life after 4 weeks, and I have a more optimistic outlook on what I think I'll get back to being able to do as the weeks and months go on. After our first meeting Angi said, "Get ready to change your life," and I know this is happening already.

Carlisle Core is is friendly and supportive. They provide 1:1 body training in an educational environment. Jon is attentive and encourages me to work at my level but pushes me safely to make gains.

Just know if you express interest in this gym or any promotion they have to offer they will call you multiple times a day and have their AI text bot harrass you too! I was super interested in joining until they came at me with their agressive sales tactics.

Can't say enough good things about Ryan and Emma at the Carlisle Power Train. Both trainers have been exceptional. Their motivation and support has been crucial to helping me meet my fitness goals. I look forward to every visit.

This has been an excellent experience! I find the mental challenge aspect as important as the physical challenge. I am definitely feeling healthier and stronger. Colton and Miriam have been great coaches. I highly recommend trying Powertrain Sports!!!!

I had never lifted before going to Power Train and now I don't know what I would do without it! I have been coming to Power Train for almost a year now and I have lost 10 pounds and gotten stronger physically and mentally. As someone who was a complete beginner with strength training, the trainers here made me feel comfortable and encouraged me along every step of the way. I highly recommend Power Train to anyone looking to get stronger, regardless of your current fitness level!
