PMA Round Rock has been a great experience for my daughter and family as a whole. The teachers are fantastic and take their role in the development of the child very seriously. My daughter has been learning and progressing at a pace that best suits her and is never rushed. Martial arts techniques are taught and re-taught with a lot of patience until the students get it. There is also equal importance given to other aspects of the students’ growth - discipline at home, being on top of school work, being kind and such. They definitely focus on the overall growth of the child which I love! I highly recommend the school and the teachers! You cannot go wrong with PMA!

My son (4) started here back in March and we all absolutely love it. The instructors all do a wonderful job of making it exciting for the children while also instilling discipline, patience, and other life lessons, which we appreciate greatly. The stripes and belt graduations give him something to work towards and helps create an understanding of working towards, and achieving, long term goals. This has been our favorite after school activity for him. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

My daughter started at Premier Martial Arts in Galveston county when she was 3. We were so impressed that when we moved to the Austin area, we made our home location being close to a PMA was a priority. -and did we luck out with Master Craig. Over the past 10 years, my teenage daughter and son, my wife, my 4 year old, and I have attended the school and benefitted greatly from Master Craig and his exceptional instructors, especially Mr. Purvis. The key difference between other martial arts schools and this school is practicality. While other schools focus on trophies, this school focus self defense and protecting yourself. My children have learned so much beyond punching and kicking. Students are taught respect, self discipline, honesty, integrity, leadership, courage, and just being a good human. I can't recommend Round Rock Premier Martial Arts enough.

PMA has been our best decision as parents. They make all classes fun, interactive, active (so yes kids come out exhausted, woho!), and lastly they actually care about the kids. Master Craig, Mr Gas, Mr Pervis, and Mr Caldwell are not only incredibly impressive at what they do, but they are caring teachers that are amazing role models for all the kids. They teach kindness, empathy, values, and core learnings that really accompany our values as a family perfectly.

My son started a year ago with a bit of lack of self confidence, he was scared of standing up for himself… today his abilities to stand up not only for himself but also for others, his confidence and self motivation, the respect and dedication that is developing for the martial arts are growing little by little, all this thanks to PMA Round Rock; Master Craig, Mr. Purvis, Mr. Gass & Mr. Caldwell are patient, they care and take time to help and teach each kid. I really like that is not only kicking and punching but reinforcing principles and values such as respect, honesty, integrity… for us as parents, this is priceless.

Coach Andre is truly amazing and kid centered! (That’s from a career educator and coach.) My kids love this place! Coach Sandra has been such an inspiration for my daughter as female athlete! Coach Eric really helped my daughter prepare for her first tournament where she did so well! If you’ve ever thought about trying it out, I highly recommend you check out the Round Rock location!

Great place to learn how to do jujitsu. Coach Eric and Professor Andre really know the sport down to its roots and they also know how to teach. They both have a good vibe throughout the training. I recommend to anyone trying to protect themselves.

Gracie Barra JiuJitsu is a great spot to have fun, get fit, and learn great jiujitsu technique! I come 4+ times a week and always feel better when I leave. The instructors at this location are amazing and why I chose this location. The others who train here are also very friendly. Highly recommend for anyone at any fitness level!

This school is best in class! The instructors are very knowledgeable, and push you to be your absolute best. Professor Andre has a teaching style that gives you the opportunity to learn and explore the world of jiu-jitsu at your own pace. I must add that this school is very clean!
