They will continuously push you to be better than you are. You won't believe how strong they can help you to be. It's stress relief and excellent to improve endurance and health goals.

The children’s classes at AMA are top notch. I would highly recommend anyone with a kid interested in learning to fight or looking to build confidence check out this school. The coaches are genuinely good people who want to help build a life long passion for martial arts in their students. I look forward to continuing to go here for the years to come. 10/10

I've been training with Coach Mauricio for approx. 10 years now. His passion and dedication to his profession is second to none! He exemplifies everything you want in a coach and trainer and is committed to helping everyone learn! I began training with Coach Mauricio while we were both at another martial arts studio and he approached me to help correct my form and techniques, although I wasn't even his student, yet. I can't say enough praise for him. He is the premier coach for adults and children's martial arts.

Palm Martial Arts changed my life! By far, the best gym I’ve attended. Coach Edu, the staff, and members are so kind and welcoming which instantly makes you feel part of the beautiful family they’ve created at Palm Martial Arts. After years of being part of Palm Martial Arts Academy, I can proudly say this is the BEST gym. Between the dedication, professionalism, and devotion to all members there’s truly no other gym I’d rather have my kids be in. It’s been several years of having my kids train traditional Jiujitsu with Master Eduardo, they have gained so much confidence, discipline, strength and most importantly lifelong friendships. Seeing my kids now compete and have passion for the sport and continue to thrive under the guidance of top of the line professors is something words can never describe. Highly recommended! Parents bring your kids! Teens and adult classes as well! This place has become our second home, it’s members have become part of our family. As a facility second to none!!

I was lucky to be a student at the gym (Palm Martial Arts) with Master Eduardo from day one. I saw his commitment to BJJ and the students and I was also impressed that everything he taught at the gym was also used by him when he competed...what better way to show us by actually using the same techniques. I always say that the luckiest of all are the young students that start under Master Eduardo's instruction right from the start. In addition Coach Andy assists Master Eduardo in the instruction and both together make a very positive impact in the students. I've seen it and it shows in the quality of students at the gym. Extremely family friendly. Detail oriented classes that break down each key detail of jiu-jitsu. Professor Edu is incredibly knowledgeable in the art and builds his facility around respect and honor. If you are looking for a comfortable way to introduce yourself to the sport I would absolutely recommend this Academy.
