My son attends Taekwondo and Jiu-Jitsu classes, and he is absolutely thrilled! The instructors and staff are incredibly supportive and make everyone feel like family. The environment is welcoming, encouraging, and focused on growth. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!

I started the JKD/Kali classes around a month ago. To start they give you a free 2 weeks and everyone is so welcoming and kind! I started not knowing anyone and they took the time to repeat names, go slower, and make sure I was understanding the content. The instructors break everything down into easy steps and are always open to questions. It's such a safe, accepting, and kind environment and It's been a wonderful experience! I highly recommend it!

This is the second martial arts academy we've tried in Parker and it has been awesome. The teachers are very attentive and provide a great balance of fun with discipline. It’s thrilling to see my child’s confidence grow and I love the incorporation of “homework.”

Our son has been attending classes for a month and a half and has loved it! Master Nick and Ms. Kristin are fantastic and are great instructors. Very happy we found this academy!

We love PAMA! We love how Master Nick & Ms. Kristen work with the children. (We miss Brayden too!) They are fun. They are fierce & it's easy to see your child's confidence grow! Also, birthday parties are a MUST! They are reasonably priced and the attention they give to the party and the values instilled during the party is so important. Kids don't realize they are learning and having fun at the same time! Truly the best and we are so incredibly grateful to be a part of the PAMA family!

Amazing instruction and caring instructors. Everyone is invested and cares about you. My son loves all of his instructors and classes. Excellent Brazilian Ji Jitsu classes for kids and adults. Wonderful mix of girls and boys. Best self defense and amazing confidence instilled in students. I appreciate the respect , self discipline, teamwork and supportive environment. And it's fun! Can't say enough about how awesome this place is!

My two boys began karate here and loved it all the way to receiving their Black belts. They loved the instructors, the the self defense, the friends and the fun. Along the way they were introduced to Gracie Jiu Jitsu. They enjoyed it so much that even their parents became curious and gave it a try. That was over two years ago and I can honestly say "5280 Martial Arts" is the most amazing place. Kevin McLaughlin and his instuctors are the best you could ever find. Kevin has a way of captivating his students attention and respect. He is an impeccable martial artist with awesome jiu jitsu skill. The environment in all classes from the Tiny Tigers to Advanced Adults is welcoming, friendly , super fun, and miraculously focused.You and your kids will love this place!
