Absolutely love the Fit 2 Fight class. Phillip is a fantastic teacher. The class is fast paced, always something new and a great workout. Highly recommend

Hands down the best taekwondo school around. Grand Master Ameris and his team of masters have a lot of talent and it shows in their students. If you are looking to train, train hard, and really get something out of training you won't be disappointed.

I've known Phillip since childhood, he and his complete staff are cut way above the curve. Cannot say enough good about the school! Very happy to have my grandson under their tutelage.

Mr. and Mrs. Ameris are two of the best instructors in the country. I would highly recommend them for any karate and MMA instruction that they teach.
