My kiddos have been training at SFS for over a year now. I was even able to join in on a couple classes myself.. Great environment & support 👏 🥰 SFS has treated us like family since day 1! I & my family are so greatful to have found such a family oriented gym!!!

SFS MMA is a great gym to work out and improve yourself. Filled with dedicated coaches, a cooperative environment, and enthusiastic students. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, it is clear that this gym is a place that will foster learning.

Kids not being made to bring all their gear such as headgear and mouth pieces makes it harder for the kids that brings all their gear to learn appropriately. The coach is great and does the best he can with what they bring but we all pay and want our kid to get the most out of. Been coming here for a long time now and the changes are not for the better. Seating is awful. My son has gained lots of confidence throughout his time here and trust the coach in his teachings so I do not want to switch gyms.

Competitive, but friendly environment. Coaches take the time to work with you. Overall a great place to train, highly recommend.

Waste of time school don’t have no heat. Unprofessional coaches. Do not recommend at all. Coach Hembrick a dude from South Dallas a professional coach ? What kind of silliness is that. First day of trial and the kids were disrespectful because the coach initiated it. This place do not build kids self esteem up but instead tear it down. RUN 🏃♀️ far away save your kids esteem with positive encouragement not negative. If I can give zero star I would. Thanks for a waste of a hour I can not get back. However, I’m glad to know about how your business operates with ignorance.

Master Park is an amazing instructor. Over the past three years he has given my kids confidence, assertiveness, and compassion for others. My kids are healthy mentally and physically as a result of his training.

I've been studying martial arts with Master Park as an adult student for over a year now, and it's been such a positive experience. I'm sweaty and exhausted after every class. He's a challenging teacher, who works hard to make every class a positive experience. He certainly seems to know his stuff, and pushes everyone hard - yet he also creates a good balance by being funny and affectionate with everyone as well. With the kids, he's excellent in every way. He plays with them, but never lets them off the hook if they slack off. I recommend him very, very highly to anyone who's thinking about either enrolling their children, or challenging themselves as adults.

My girls started with Master Park's Taekwondo years ago in California at ages 3 and 4. After a few years we had to move away. Traveled many different states and tried other Masters and none compared to Master Park. Last year we moved to Texas and found Master Park again. My daughters were so happy to be back with him. He teaches respect before anything else. I took my son, who has ADHD, and explained the problem to Master Park. My son was really out of control at 9 years old. After a few weeks we noticed a huge change in my son, no medicine required. He is able to control his anger and stress a lot better. Best decision that I have ever made. My oldest daughter now goes everyday, and is headed for black belt. My younger daughter with medical problems still attends and all he requires is for her to do the best she can. He always has a smile on his face, for students and parents. It's not about the fighting, it's about control, respect, and positive attitude. Master Park is the best studio for anyone, and best yet the 1st class is free.

Grand Master Park is one of a kind instructors. I suffer from 2 herniated disk, mild spinal bifida and cerebral palsy. A condition that affects body movement and muscle coordination as well as memory. I have been though over 12 surgeries including heart surgery by age 20. I was told to be grateful I could walk. For lack of nothing better to do I went with a friend to try a class. Our class is different from kid class or regular tkd classes. He has us doing a workout around TKD. Master Park has changed not only how I look at myself bit how I feel about myself. He has a challenge on his hands with me. He didn't take pity on me he makes me work hard. When I want to quit he always tells me one more one more, without knowing I have just done 20 kicks, or situps. After a few classes I noticed I went a whole night without one spasm, after over 8 yrs of having them every night. My pain is less, and I spend less time at the chiropractor now. While there is no cure for me I believe by taking classes with Master Park has helped me more in the past few weeks with posture and motor skills and balance than anything else I have tried. I can't wait to see what the next few weeks bring. He always has a smile on his face and seems happy to see the kids. He never yells at the kids never yells at me for not remembering how my hand or foot should be. But does expect you to try your best. He has said some students learn faster than others but they all get there in the end. My goal to get to the end! If I can do this anyone can do this. Don't use your disability as a excuse. Make it your reason to try harder. Thank you Grand Master Park
