I started training here five years ago with no prior experience and not knowing anyone. What began as a simple hobby quickly turned into something that has significantly improved both my physical health and mental well-being. I’ve stayed because of the incredible people, the supportive community, and the positive culture this team fosters. It’s more than just a place to train—it feels like home. When my kids are old enough, I’ll be enrolling them without hesitation because I know they’ll be in great hands. These guys truly get it. Highly recommend!

For a few months this year I was visiting and wanted to train. Professor Jeff, his family and his instructors and students made me feel like family. Amazing academy and training. Thank you for everything.

My daughter wanted to start training with her friends, and I ended up training as well. We both love it way more than we thought we would. We're always excited to come train. The environment is extremely positive. The professors, as well as everyone that trains here is very helpful. Highly recommended if anyone or anyone's children are interested.

Since joining Isla Jiu Jitsu back in June, I've honestly been having the best time. Every professor there knows their stuff, and it's clear they're all in to help us succeed. I really appreciate how they look out for us new white belts–instead of throwing us into sparring right away, they have us focus on drills. Safety first, right? And you know what's amazing? Seeing kids and teens getting into jiu jitsu too. It's inspiring to watch them learn and grow in the sport. The vibe at Isla is just top-notch. Everyone's super friendly, and it feels like one big family where everyone's got each other's back. Plus, there's this shared goal of getting just that little bit better each day. Thank you to the professors and the great people I train with here! If you're thinking about giving it a go, I'd say definitely jump in! Hardest part is just getting into the door. :)

Amazing business with a great sense of community and pride. Along with Jui Jitsu, they teach youth and others respect, perseverance, and camaraderie among other life lessons. Highly recommend it!

Master Na’s Taekwondo Day camp has been rewarding for my child for the past couple of years. Adi loves to connect with his friends during the school break. His favorite part is reading, doing grade level school work, playing, field trips and most importantly learning the Taekwondo skills. Everything is well organized by Mr. Alex who treats each child with care. Thank you Mr. Alex and team for the wonderful experience and keeping Adi moving and excited daily.

The staff are all so friendly. The teachers are amazing as my 5 year old daughter enjoys going. She is learning so much especially about how to defend her self from stranger danger. I am please she has made new friends and feels more confident in herself since she started.

I would recommend Master Na's classes to anyone. They are teaching my son Paul important life skills, self discipline, respect, and martial arts. There entire staff have been fantastic.

I have the opportunity to attend my children’s black belt academy at Master Na’s Taekwondo studio. I was impressed with all students performance and their martial art technique. The event was well organized and planned out. However, the students could perform even better if they had time for little snack or lunch.

My son has been a part of this dojang for a year and a half. He’s 7 years old. We love the program because it encompasses more than just Taekwondo. The program teaches respect, confidence, and more positive skills that will serve them in life. The best part is the No Screen challenge. That helps my son put the device away and get creative with other things and I love that!
