Let me summarize it like this. Each teacher remembers EVERY kids name instantly, there’s probably 100+ kids and somehow every coach knows them by a first name basis. I’m using that as my example because that’s how much Incredible attention to detail and incredible passion and love for teaching. Highly suggest this place 100%

All coaches, staff & full team here at Gracie Barra are very professional and motivating. This place is not to baby your kids, but sharpen them to become civil and righteous! I dedicate six days a week to make sure my son attends the academy and I do not regret it. The environment and peers my child is exposed to is positive and safe! It’s been a month Since then, my son behavior and character has excelled! Before Gracie Barra my child was a badass kid, no one wanted to babysit. Go figure now he’s an angel and very mannered.

I love this class for kids, a lot of exercises, they can really learn something, not just playing around. Coaches take care of every kids, correct their movements. The most practical and useful class.

I just completed my free trial class. I had such an unbelievable experience. I was given a loner gi to train with. They made me feel like I was part of the class. When I rolled, I felt safe. I was allowed to wear my headgear without any issues. Location looks small from the outside but when you enter it is huge. Mats looked very clean. Class schedule is awesome. I am looking forwards to training at this location long term.

I joined Vital Force almost 9 months ago and I love every second of it. Coach Lee and the other coaches have completely evolved my Muay Thai and kickboxing style to a different level. I see improvements in myself in areas I would have never known needed work on. I believe having knowledgeable coaches like the ones at Vital Force is 100% the reason for my improvements. There are many different times and classes for all different types of schedules people may have. The gym is clean, organized and everyone here is kind and supportive. Vital Force is hands down the best Muay Thai gym I’ve ever been to! The vibe here is super welcoming, and the coaches really know their stuff. Whether you’re a beginner like I was or someone with experience, they meet you where you’re at and push you to get better with every class. The workouts are tough but in the best way, and I’ve already seen big improvements in my fitness and technique. Plus, the gym is always clean and well organized, which is a big plus. I’ve been training at Vital Force for about 7 months now, it’s been a fantastic experience. I walked in with zero knowledge about fighting and am now training for my first fight. They also have the best schedule and so many options for how YOU want to train. Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, strength and conditioning, etc. Coach Le, his son Malaki (in the picture with me) and Christian are incredible fighters and instructors (just to name a few), and I couldn’t recommend them and the whole Vital Force community enough. Thank you guys for an amazing 7 months, I’m looking forward to continuing this journey!

Wanted to train and found this gym the coaches were extremely welcoming which made me want to sign up. Trained a whole year here learned a lot of skills, met some amazing people and had some great times. The coaches here are great, if you’re looking for a Muay Thai gym then I highly recommend it here at vital force !!

Vital Force May Thai & MMA is the real deal! Lee and Ashley and their trainers have managed to create a warm and family like atmosphere. Everyone is welcome just be ready to put in some work. They've found a way to serve both the up and coming athlete looking to win championships as well as average guy or gal just looking have a fun workout while building their self-defense.
