I have been coming here about 8 months. Started because I wanted my daughter to learn martial arts. The kids and the adult classes are the same time so it makes it so much easier to get my workout in while she is in class on the same mat. Amazing teachers. This isn't the McDojo experience! They know their stuff! I am stronger, more confident, healthier, and I feel like I may just be able to defend myself if I ever have to. Their membership structure is also great because I'm not locked into certain days. This made it easy for my daughter and I to just drop in on nights that worked for us. Come join! You won't regret it.

Best Muay Thai Gym Around! I’ve trained at several gyms, and this one stands out as the absolute best. The trainers here are incredibly experienced, and their knowledge and technique are second to none. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is supportive, and the energy is always positive. Whether you’re serious about Muay Thai or just looking for an incredible workout, this gym has something for everyone. Highly recommend it!

Five of my 6 children have been training here off and on since 2017. 3 are on the spectrum and have always felt welcomed and safe when taking classes. They especially love kids camp during school breaks and the opportunity to spar with their siblings on Fridays. Appreciate that there is a focus on discipline of routine, care of others and breaking down the concepts of the sport into levels.

Thiago and his team are excellent coaches and have inspired me and the family to return here for fitness, discipline and self defense. I love that it’s locally owned and operated and has a ton of love from the surrounding area and people interested in muay thai.

Our son just leveled up on his belt and is over the moon, he has had such a positive experience here from the beginning. We love the community feel where all the staff and coaches know you and make you feel welcome every visit. The coaches are wonderful with the kids and really go above and beyond to help them with their technique, but also keep classes a lot of fun and engaging. You can tell the coaches really care about the students and want to see them succeed. Our child has received two postcards from the coaches encouraging him and just all around making him feel special. We also like the character development and emphasis placed on positive character and growth mindset. Our child really enjoys class and is having a lot of fun! We would definitely recommend MUV!
