Love the people here! Rocket provides both functional fitness and accessory work with experienced coaches and ownership who deeply care about members and those dropping in. They also have Kettle bell and Olympic lifting classes taught by coaches in the competitive space. Coaches do a great job teaching how to properly scale and modify movements, promoting safety and inclusivity within and outside the gym.

I have been a member at Rocket since Oct 2022 and have never loved a gym like I love this place! The coaches are awesome, the members are awesome, and the owners have worked hard to create a culture that's welcoming and supportive. I especially feel that as a queer person and as someone who never thought of herself as an athlete before but who does now. Super grateful for this place and for the people who make it the community that it is.

Just started going to Rocket in Jan 2024 and it was the best decision ever. The coaches are amazing and provide guidance, encouragement and feedback that is really helpful. The community is supportive, friendly and accepting. I appreciate the variety of offerings like yoga and kettlebells. It doesn't get any better!

I almost never write reviews, but after being a member at Rocket for just under a year now, I can say with absolute confidence that this place deserves all the 5 stars! I’ve often felt unwelcome or out of place at other gyms, but never Rocket. The workouts are hard, but the coaches are always encouraging and offer great scaling options but also help push you when they know you can do it. I’ve also been able to make some great friends through Rocket and am grateful that they create opportunities to get to know other members and really build community. All of this, along with feeling way stronger and better in my body, makes Rocket a place that I actually want to keep coming back to - a rarity for me in the fitness world.

Rocket Fitness is my favorite gym I’ve ever worked out at. Alyssa (one of the co-owners) was welcoming and positive right from the start. They are really doing something right here — the classes are well-designed, the instructors are clear and motivating, and the community is made up of genuinely good people. I consistently recommend Rocket Fitness to everyone in the area. You won’t regret checking it out.
