I love training here. The music is motivating and the coaches will push you to do your best. They are always aware of your form and ready to coach you through it.

Great facility! Work outs are changed each session, challenging, but Coaches always offer modifications as well as motivation! Always appreciate the stretching afterwards too!

You gotta try it! I've been going since the month it opened which was 6 months ago already... I was never this consistent with fitness until SETS Built. The coaches are great, and the workouts are varied so you're always doing different things and working out ALL parts of your body and your core. They'll help you push to do your best, while still providing exercise modifications depending on your level. Rating: 5 out of 5 💪🏼

Classes need to be modified for different skill levels. Beginners are exercising with experienced members and all age groups are mixed.

Coolest gym for cross-training in the Neptune, Belmar, Bradley Beach, Asbury Park area. Welcoming atmosphere with fun vibes and great coaches!
