The mat Pilates class was perfect for the end of a long day. It was challenging and pushed me in all the right ways, while at the same time relaxing my entire body and loosening muscles up. I also felt like I could stand taller and straighter with all my core muscles activated. It was perfect.

I love this place! The classes are small and very chill. I don’t live here and was looking for a place to keep up with my Pilates routine when I found them. I’ve only had Alex and Gigi as instructors and they are both excellent. They have a wonderful energy and clearly a deep understanding of Pilates. I can’t wait to come back!

I have been doing pilates for 15 years. Suz is the best and most disciplined instructor i have ever encountered. Very focused on my technique and she challenges and pushes me every session

I was always interested but intimidated by Pilates. I met Elaina and she convinced me to give it a try. Wow! This is the best thing I've ever tried. Specific and targeted exercises are what I've always needed.
