I used my active&fit direct program and once I found out that this gym was available with the program, I mainly used this gym. Mostly because of the amenities included, pool, free weights, and after I could skate towards downtown Carmel. A really great place to go!

The facility is amazing, unless you spend your time in the weightroom. The pool, courts, fitness classes, lockerrooms, pretty much everything but the weightroom is top of the line. The weightroom's layout is very poor, wasted space, Matrix equipment is hotel quality, complete lack of enough machines for a gym this size. Free weight area is almost OK. Needs more benches, plate loaded machines, and reorganizing. It just doesn't seem like it was designed by anyone that has spent time in a real weightroom.

Cons: Terrible design of the building. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Weight room is worse than planet fitness. Vending machines are typically 20% stocked. Pros: Free childcare for up to 2hrs.

Carmel has a great community center. Lap pool for the adults, a big pool for kids with a beach like entry; even two water slides. Basketball, racquetball, jogging track, exercise equipment/weights. Nothing is left out. Outside they have a really good playground, and impressive splash park to cool off in the summer. Lots of classes and group activities. Really a great facility to take advantage of. It's extra nice since the renovations are complete.

It is a great community center! They have everything at one location. Don’t forget the sauna, and don’t forget the nature walks.

I recently attended Olga’s hip and back yoga class at Fire and Flow, and it was nothing short of amazing. As someone who spends long hours sitting at a desk, this area of my body often feels neglected, but Olga’s class was exactly what I needed. The class focused on slower movements and deep stretches, which left me feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. Olga’s guidance was gentle yet effective, and she created a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. If I lived closer, I’d make this class a weekly ritual—it’s that good! I highly recommend this class (and the studio overall) to anyone looking to prioritize self-care and flexibility. Truly a gem!

Fire & Flow Yoga is a gem connecting the community of Carmel. The instructors are well educated and passionate about sharing their practice of yoga with the world. Fire & Flow is able to meet anyone wherever they are in their practice from beginners to advanced yogis. Check this studio out if you are looking to be inspired both on and off your mat.

This is a great studio! I hadn’t been to yoga in years. The classes I’ve been to so far have been for a wide variety of body types and levels of “stretchiness”. The best part for me though is that this is a welcoming community. People have been really nice and encouraging. There are a wide variety of teachers and they have all been awesome. Highly recommend to anybody!

I love the Fire & Flow classes that I have taken so far. They're relaxing but really challenging. I absolutely love the instructors (shout out Michelle & Holly!!) and they make the class more enjoyable!

After moving to the area I wanted to start taking yoga classes. I had been to 1 class in my life and I loved the act of yoga but my balance was horrible and there were poses that I had trouble with. At Fire and Flow they have welcomed me with open arms. The instructors are amazing and help with modifications when needed. I feel like I get a great workout in some classes and great stretches (yin) in other. The infrared heat is a complete bonus!!! Everyone is at different levels and no one is watching me teeter totter around with my lack of balance. After almost 75 classes though my balance, flexibility, chronic pain, and mindset has all improved tremendously.
