Since the beginning of March, I have been taking an hour long advanced boxing class with Coach David Torres. I was kind of nervous, having never boxed before. Coach Dave is one of the toughest and also the kindest men I have ever met. He really helped me to believe in my ability to learn boxing. After a month, I can see changes in my body, that are really exciting. I told him, that boxing is now a part of my life. Thanks to Coach David, I have a newfound appreciation for my body and what it can do. Coach David, is gentle, kind and also tough as nails to us all in his training. If you want to change your body for the better, come to Crunch fitness and meet Coach Dave!

An excellent gym. The main reason is the people who work there. Most machines are available most of the time and my personal experience with the other members has been positive. Everyone is patient and considerate. I workout 3 to 4 days a week and have been able to reach my daily goals. I recommend Crunch for anyone serious about getting in shape.

This location is one of my favorites to visit. The layout is good, seems to be clean, has plenty of space, and available equipment at the times I have gone there. The other members seem polite and so is the staff. I would highly recommend this location for the reasons mentioned and because it is conveniently located near good shops.

The Fitness Center is located in a side of Virtue Hospital building. My friend took me here to try a Zumba class and then swam a little bit. There are dry and wet sauna and free massage, too. Everything seems very nice. I would recommend it to anyone who loves to do workout in a gym.

This is the prefect gym for older generations. First, group classes are mostly all before 5 pm. Of course there’s maybe two available after that time but doesn’t offer you a variety to choose from. Last class on Fridays and Saturdays is at 11 or 11:30am and Sunday there are only 2 classes available in the morning- last class at 10am. I don’t find the class schedules to be convenient for those that work a 9-5 job. I also registered for a class and there was only 3 of us in the class and that kinda made me uncomfortable. Something that’s just personal to me. Secondly, on of the main reasons why I joined was for the steam room and sauna. But unfortunately I got to use it once before it broke. Initially they said it would be fixed within two weeks. It’s been over 2 months and there still isn’t any actual update. They have had the same letter written at the front desk for the last few months but only adding a handwritten update date- I guess so people don’t ask questions. The classes and sauna was the main reason why I justified spending about $80 a month. After two months of joining I deeply regret signing up. I am basically spending 80 a month to use basic gym equipment that I could have access to at any other gym for more than half the price I pay now. Only real pro I would say is that the gym is never crowded. If you do sign up for the yearly contract, please know you can cancel within 30 days. I wish I knew this :(

Worst gym experience ever. Nothing ever works. The women’s sauna, steam room have been inoperable since October due to repairs. Which is one of the main reasons as to why I attend the gym. No incentives have been given to members even though many of the highlighted items that attract members are not in service. The Whirlpool and swimming area are another disaster, you’re not sure on what day you will walk I and something won’t be working. When I joined the contract clearly stated no children under 18 were allowed at the gym, and now we have as young as 4 month olds allowed to swim in the pools while wearing diapers. And the staff non helpful especially Judy. Worst GYM EVER!!!!! stay away take your funds elsewhere if possible.

We had a very positive meeting with Judy today and are excited to join Healthtrax. The facility is large, open, has everything we are looking for, clean and looks well maintained. Really pleased to see people our age (50's and older) with modified training and workouts bc many gyms cater to the youth. Membership is affordable and we don't see any hidden fees. Looking forward to getting healthy with Healthtrax!
