The best Pilates workout! Renee really cares about your health and progress. My daughter (25) and I also did the outdoor pop up class in ortley beach and we both had a great workout.. really felt our abs and glutes.❤️ thank you RENEE!

I can't say enough about my first experience doing Pilates. Although it was not at their studio but at an event, it was so great, and I truly enjoyed all the stretches and exercises we did! Michele, owner and instructor of Pilates of the Bay is Awesome! If you are looking to incorporate Pilates in your health and wellness lifestyle, definitely try Pilates by the Bay! Best Pilates studio in Ocean County. I adore Michele, the owner and the well educated, exceptional staff of certified teachers, who clearly have a passion for the Pilates method. Whether you are looking for a beginner level class, private session tailored to meet any specific goals, or need to be challenged at the advanced level with not only the Reformer equipment, but also the Tower, Cadillac, or Stability chair, there is something for everyone at Pilates by the Bay. I highly recommend !

Took my first Pilates class at the Rebecca Finn house today, and I couldn't be more impressed! Michelle was incredibly informative, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their experience level, felt comfortable and confident. She took the time to explain each move in detail and offered modifications for those who needed them, which was perfect for a beginner like me. I'm already looking forward to my next session!

Whether you are a beginner or have experience Pilates by the Bay is a great place to be . Knowledgeable and professional instructors, flexible schedules and It's amazing how the instructors can personalize instruction within a group. Michelle is not only the owner of Pilates by the Bay but a motivational instructor as well. Always infusing new Pilates exercises to keep classes fresh.
