This pilates studio is top knotch! I am retired and was starting to have trouble with my knees and hip. The pain was making it hard to sleep. I was not exercising or doing anything since the pandemic and my body was telling me the results of that. I decided to try pilates and after the first class my pain subsided. Within 3 classes I had no more pain. This was a year and a half ago. The stretching alone is good for your joints and it has helped get my strength back. Can't go without it. I highly recommend it if you are not very active to get you life back. Very good teachers and the management is great!

I'm over 200 workouts in now and I have never been so strong. I have my favorite trainers and I'm always motivated to go into see them. They keep it new and fresh and rarely do the same workout twice. Its fun and engaging and I love how I feel and especially how I look! I believe Pilates is the way and truth to graceful aging. All different body types and ages attend the classes. I'm very pleased with the results. I thought the price was high but oh its so worth the investment! I love the small classes and how the trainers help me with my form.

This studio is amazing. They don't have levels of classes but each instructor teachs at varying levels (meaning some are more advanced than others). You get personal attention here and they always have availability.

Great Pilates studio! I love the method this studio uses, and it is very clean/welcoming. Great place for beginners, and they have the Cadillac for advance practicers!

Since I started coming here, I've grown stronger, developed muscles in places I didn't know existed, and gotten rid of weight that I've held onto since I had my last child - over 30 years ago. More important than the physical changes, I've grown more confident in myself and my inner strength. The studio has helped me regain my strength after injury and illness, and at 67, I've never felt stronger in my life. Thanks to all my instructors who make each class fun and exciting !
