I came across Hot Yoga at Waikiki by google search, it is only a 10-minute walk from our condo. I was introduced to hot pilates from a year ago. I normally do once a week to maintain core strength and stability. I figured to continue this while staying in Waikiki. This place did not disappoint. Catherine, the owner, was very attentive. She is a good communicator, offering suggestions based on my goal. I signed up for 1 week of unlimited sessions for 75 dollars, mat is included. The place was super clean and well equipped with lockers, bands, weights, blocks, water etc. There are also electrolytes and sports drinks you can purchase I think. I brought my own towel and water bottle. I was always greeted by instructors upon entering, and they made sure to know how to pronounce my name and offer personal encouragement when I was struggling. The room was spacious with good lights. The temp.was just right, unlike my home studio with heated air blowing to the face with a suffocating feeling if you are close by. I have been doing exercise daily while staying in Waikiki and always feel refreshed afterward. This is a gem if you live nearby and want to continue your routine. They have classes throughout the day. I highly recommend it!

I am so happy to have found this studio! I enjoy the bikram 26x2 hot yoga practice best. It was my first time in a virtual studio but it didn’t seem any different than any other class. They have tons of cameras so the instructor can provide direct feedback, and there is someone in the class that can physically help and guide you. The temp was hot! I’m excited to be a member and get back into regular practice. Catherine was quick to text and get me all set up for my first class with just a couple hours notice. Highly recommend this studio.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the studio but it did not disappoint! Signing up for the class was super easy, the heat was perfect, the studio was clean. It was the first time I took a virtual class in a studio but surprisingly it was just like in person. Cameras all around the studio so the instructor can see you. (Great class Whitney!) It’s been many years since I’ve practiced 26/2 so I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to do the one class but I feel so much better after going. You should check it out!

I visited this studio while traveling. It’s very clean and well run. The owner was extremely responsive and ensured that I had everything I needed to know to ensure a seamless experience. The teacher was excellent - keeping true to the original hot yoga dialogue, which is important to me as a yoga practitioner of 13 years and a certified teacher myself. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Hot Yoga Waikiki!! Catherine herself was very personable and on top of getting my mom and I set up for class with everything we needed. It was a quick and easy check in process and the studio itself was clean and welcoming. It was a unique experience practicing in the smart studio and I would definitely like to try again!! The room is hotter than other Bikram studios I have tried which I really liked.

Been attending since June. First time in over a decade I’ve felt functionally fit. That’s a result of the superb coaching. The environment is energetic, motivating, and friendly. True community here. Exercises are scaled to your needs, especially if you’re just starting out. Highly recommend!!!

In today’s afternoon MoFit class, I appreciate Coach Carlin made the effort to stop by and observe and critique the form of each athlete even though the class was close to full capacity (he helped me with my clean+jerk stance). He also made class adjustments to stay on time. He was very supportive during the workout rooting everyone on. He is always engaged as a coach and cares about his athlete’s performance and health.

The best drop in experience ever. Coach Paul is fantastic at teaching mechanics and is approachable. Atmosphere is friendly and not too serious. T shirt designs are cool. Must visit

Picture perfect gym/box. I appreciate the fair payment structure since I’m only visiting here for the week. Plenty of space to do a good workout. Has all the amenities like chalk, dip horns, plates in good condition, etc friendly staff as well! Looking forward to my next workout here!

I dropped by this cool mostly-outdoor space to squeeze in a workout while traveling (sticking to the program as much as possible!) and I’d visit again. They have all the equipment you’d expect of a CrossFit facility even if you’re not doing their WOD or CrossFit, which works well for anyone looking for barbells and open space. Their open gym hours overlap during their class times so it was cool to see what the class was doing (the CrossFit open workout that had just been streamed). Coach was welcoming and showed me where to find all the stuff. Masks weren’t required because the space was mostly open air (with a part roof/covering), though some people wore them. As far as parking it looks like some class members parked on the street nearby, though I took rideshare.
