Tons of machines of every kind, free weights, and cardio equipment. Always clean! Excellent hours. I do wish there were more classes but the classes they have are excellent!

I go to this location now almost 7 days of the week. The staff is friendly and the site is kept clean. I enjoy the energy and have made a few new friends. I have even met a couple of pros who have given me some workout advice. 💪 I also enjoy running into George himself he is always kind and encouraging. I like that they always keep up with fixing downed equipment. Most things if needing repair are only down for a day at the most.

Great gym, equipment in excellent shape , friendly staff, busy pool. Wish they would not have the news channels on the TVs adds to stress . Surely sport would be more appropriate, really love the gym. But the news channels stress me out and they are positioned so they are unavoidable . The Olympics , tour de France , Wimbledon, etc is on this summer, last 3 weeks was the beautiful tour of Italy and all we saw was politics .

Big open space, newly built in a very good location. Next to few stores and restaurants. They also offer water exercises and other classes. Plus hot tube, swimming pool sauna and the steam room...

Love the gym but the benches seriously need to be replaced in the sauna. Naked sharp screws stick out and up to cause some possible burns, punctures or snagging on clothes. And pieces of wood sticking up for same possibilities.

I joined this gym for a few months but switched back to Fort Washington. The locker room of Iron Office is almost always dirty with trash laying around and a layer of filth on every surface. Several of the electrical outlets have completely exposed wires. It's impossible to contact the staff for anything. It's really shocking that they charge as much as they do when other gyms are cheaper, cleaner, offer towels, and have staff members available.

The best gym, ever! From the owners to the trainers to the clients, everyone has created this amazing gym culture there that makes everyone feel welcome! Whether you are a powerlifter or body builder or just started your journey, this place is for you. The community is great! I am a veteran, so I'm proud to be part of this veteran owned gym! If you haven't tried it come check it out once you come in you won't want to leave and now we are getting a second location as well so I'm excited to see how this community grows! Keep up the good work!!! Member since 2022!

This gym is the real deal that's open 24 hours. More iron than you will find at any other pansy posing parlor. Super clean. Buy your membership online (mine was for 6 days). They have an app that you'll need to download and use to open the door connecting your phone to the Bluetooth device to the left of the door (I checked that in red on the photo).

The lack of maintenance is disappointing especially in the bathroom. A large chunk of the equipment is torn up or has spare parts laying next to them making you question if it’s safe to use or not. Step up for how much people are paying to exercise here. Just because it has a big reputation in Fresno doesn’t mean it’s nice, looks like a gym basement. Staff wasn’t the nicest either dude could not care less

It truly pains me to leave this review, as this gym holds so much potential and is one of the few that can compete with larger chains like GB3 in Fresno. The ambiance is inviting, and the community of members is fantastic. However, there are some critical issues that cannot be overlooked. First, if you’re a woman who works out, I strongly advise changing at home. The gym employs a male staff member who cleans the women’s locker room, often entering without prior notice. I’ve raised this concern with the management, and while they assured me it would be addressed, yet he still does it. Second, the staff exude an air of superiority and are remarkably unhelpful when it comes to resolving membership concerns or issues with the app. Their preferred mode of communication is email, yet responses can take a week—unacceptable for any business, let alone one trying to expand. Speaking of expansion, while the new location is a welcome addition, perhaps it would be wise to first address the existing shortcomings and prioritize your loyal members before branching out.

This gym has a lot of equipment and is mostly clean. The only downside is that it is too hot inside compared to the other locations.

It gets the job done but I won’t unfreeze my membership since they stopped the daycare during COVID and never brought it back.

I joined this gym 5 years ago and have been thoroughly impressed! The facilities are modern and clean, and there's a wide range of equipment available, which means no waiting time even during peak hours. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always ready to help or give advice. I also appreciate the variety of classes offered; there's something for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Joining this gym has not only boosted my physical health but also my mental well-being. Highly recommend!

My favorite gym to hit when I'm out here. This beats any globo gym with its quality equipment. As a competing olympic lifter, I really appreciate how they have platforms, kilo plates, and 15k barbells. Also great how they have dedicated sections for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and oly. If only SF had gyms like this!

Wish the heavy bags were on the edge of the room. Not in the way of everyone working out 🤷 Other than that, it was an ok experience 👍 Wish they had medium bags, for speed and precision. Heavy bags are more for full on impact. Slows you down a lot, and drains you of stamina quickly ☝️ Fit or fat

I've been coming to this particular gym for quite a while and unfortunately the staff make this place look worse at the fact that theres all this staff and no one cleaning. When you enter the gym it feels muggy and just not the best pleasent smell. The bathrooms are disgustingly unhygienic, overfilled trash, bathrooms dirty. There's always someone inside the sauna spitting on the floors or working out which makes downtime very unpleasant. Then there is the staff that comes in the sauna slamming the doors yelling at paying gym member to get the f out without warning. So disrespectful!! Like where is the manager in all of this that doesn't address any concerns. Will definitely be making the drive to the palm location.

Gym is really old, showers are gross with mold in ceiling area for the past 2 yrs. Locker eoom is filthy and workers do very little to maintain it clean but sure spend hours on their phones. People that go there have very little respect for equipment and the manager just stands around 98% of the time.

This location really needs to upgrade their locker rooms. Very outdated . The showers have waterstains ,which make them look really dirty and unsanitary . restroom stalls have black tape on the sides to provide privacy, looks tacky, and is very unprofessional. There are no rules when it comes to gym bags on the gym floor . You have people reserving equipment that they are not using . gym etiquette is not practiced here or expected by location with clear signs. These are my personal opinions and expectations, but I did expect more from gb3 tbh. I will definitely be going back to planet fitness after my contract is over .

My recent experience at this gym left me utterly disappointed and uncomfortable. I had just finished a 30-minute workout and decided to unwind in the steam room during the last 10 minutes. To my shock, an employee named Matt burst into the room and aggressively yelled at me to get out, as if he wanted to engage in a confrontation. Not only was this behavior completely unprofessional, but it also made me feel unwelcome and unsafe. I chose this gym primarily because of its proximity to my workplace, as it accommodated my schedule, closing at 11 PM. However, what I didn't expect was that they would close the sauna and steam room a whole 10 minutes earlier without any prior notice. Matt's demeanor throughout this incident was beyond rude. When I tried to address my concerns and speak to a manager about the situation, he responded in an incredibly disrespectful manner, dismissively telling me to contact a manager. In a place that should promote relaxation, fitness, and customer satisfaction, this experience was a stark contrast. I strongly advise anyone considering this gym to think twice before joining, as the rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by their staff, particularly Matt, cast a dark shadow on an otherwise promising facility.
