From the moment I waltzed into the studio, I knew I was in for a treat – and a workout! The instructors here are like Pilates wizards, waving their magic wands (or maybe just resistance bands) and ensuring every move counts. They genuinely care about proper technique and form, which is a game-changer for someone like me who struggles with executing a proper crunch. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting; it's like your abs are receiving a warm hug (as Jen would say). Now, let's chat about the "no-show policy." Yes, there's a fee, and yes, it stings a bit. But trust me, it's a small price to pay for the guilt trip you'd embark on if you bail. The instructors put so much effort into crafting these classes, and you wouldn't want to miss out on the Pilates party they've got going on. I love coming here. The instructors are always fun and supportive. The workouts are always challenging and effective. I love the variety of classes they have and how you can modify it to your level and needs. I would definitely recommend this branch as others are not as great. It’s the dedicated ownership at this location that makes it so much better.

Professional, clean, offers many different types of workouts, every instructor is very individual and has their own style. The team is great and very friendly! Studio is very clean and also good safety measure for COVID (all equipment is being cleaned, many airpurifyers and usually open windows). I personally love coming here ♥️

If you’ve never tried Pilates like I hadn’t, you really should try it! It’s so much fun! And the owner who teaches the classes I’ve been taking is amazing. She knows what aches pains injuries anyone may have in each class and watches out for them. Everyone in the class gets a lot of personalized coaching while they do the workouts. You won’t be disappointed but you may get addicted.

Jen does a great job of changing up the classes to keep it interesting. All of the instructors are wonderful and accommodate your different skill levels. It's a very friendly environment.

I remember when I first came in to take a trial class, noticed how energetic and welcoming everyone was at 5am! I noticed how attentive and encouraging the coaches Shelly and Thomas are during my first class ever. I loved that they checked on me frequently and gave me feedback to help improve my forms to lift heavier weights. I love how attentive they are and to be in such a welcoming environment. I knew I had to join right then and there! Fast forward to almost two years later and I still always look forward to coming to class. It’s my favorite way to start my day 💖

Just For Fun CrossFit is a great gym with a welcoming community and excellent coaching. The workouts are well-structured, with stretching, strength, and cardio all built in. The coaches are really helpful, giving personalized tips even in group classes. They focus on form, weights, and keep you engaged throughout. The atmosphere is friendly, and everyone is supportive. If you’re a parent looking for a supportive gym community, especially with a little one in tow, this gym is a hidden gem. From day one, the coaches and fellow members have been incredibly welcoming—not just to me but to my toddler as well. Despite my child’s unpredictable energy and the occasional outburst, the staff’s patience and understanding have been unwavering. The gym environment is inclusive, making it a space where I can focus on my fitness goals without stress, knowing my toddler is accepted and safe. I got myself a personal training cert for fun and to help me select the right place for my fitness practice. With a previous history of injury, safety is always No.1 to me. After visiting 4 gyms in the Bay Area, JFF is definitely the best in terms of its focus on safety (plenty time for warm up, well designed workout plan, knowledgeable and attentive coaches, relatively small class sizes, etc). Plus the community here is really welcoming and friendly. Very happy that I chose here after 3 months in :)

I really enjoy the Prenatal Yoga offered on Friday by Angela. The studio has a really good vibe and the prices are also affordable. Angela is very considerate and asks if there is any pregnancy related pain and tailors the session accordingly.

Coming here for a few months now. I really enjoy the studio. The classes are good and there is a wide variety of choice. The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly. You can also follow Pilates mat and reformer classes. Top notch studio!

I’ve been coming to MBZ for about 10 years now. Linea is an amazing reformer, Pilates and Yoga instructor. She is very knowledgeable and inspiring. When I was training to compete in ballroom dancing she helped me to slim down and build muscle without bulking up. That was very important to me as a dancer. While rehearsing for a performance I sustained a serious back injury and could not walk, sit or breath without immense pain. The physical therapist told me that I might not be able to dance again. I was devastated. I contacted Linea to see if I can still participate in her classes. She said Yes! She was able to modify all of the exercises for me specific to my back injury. With the help of Linea and the other amazing instructors at Mind Body Zone I was able to dance again. I recovered from my injury quicker and at a level not expected by the physical therapist. He was a bit shocked. This studio is clean, calming and nice. The instructors are well-versed in what they're teaching which is a huge plus for me. Also, everyone is friendly and respectful. This is the only place I would go to for Yoga, Pilates or Reformers.
