I’ve been going to this gym a little over a month now. The staff is wonderful, the place is clean. Although it’s not a big gym, it’s well equipped and has everything I’m looking for. They also use technogym equipments, for whatever that’s worth. This one is silly but important for me, their lockers do not require you to bring your own locks. It’s important for me because I ALWAYS forget to bring my own locks when I went to another gym. I personally haven’t taken any of the classes, as I’m not really someone who likes to take classes, so I can’t really speak to those.

Came to a Zumba Jam session on Sunday 11/3/24. This is a great gym in Flushing downtown area. Highly recommended! Must come try the Zumba classes with instructor Lamy!

This was honestly one of the best facilities I have ever used. I've been to a lot of commercial gyms that cost way more than here, but yet this one blew the standards out of the water. Not only was it super clean and the staff were extremely friendly, the variety of machines didn't leave me waiting ages just to get my workout in. Especially with the extra things they throw in such as the towels, showers, sauna, etc... I recommend this place to anyone!

I joined this gym for a month while my usual one is under renovation. At $208, it’s quite pricey unless you commit to a longer term, but the facilities are clean, modern, and well-kept. While the equipment selection is somewhat limited, it's enough for a solid workout, and it’s rarely crowded, which I appreciate. One main issue: there's not enough plate storage. Plates are often scattered around the squat rack (and leaning against the wall near a giant mirror, which is especially dangerous), and last week, I found the barbell overloaded with big & small plates. When I started re-racking, a trainer cautioned me about how to handle it, but his tone came off as condescending. It seems the staff is aware that plate racks are often full, so additional storage would go a long way in maintaining a safer, more organized workout space. In summary, this is a nice, quiet gym with (mostly) friendly staff, though for the cost, it feels overpriced. I’d also like to see a better-organized squat rack area and an investment in more storage racks.
