I’ve been doing individual sessions at The Pilates Project for 6 years. Sandi and everyone on her team are absolutely wonderful. The studio is inviting and open, making anyone feel comfortable wherever they are in their practice or fitness level. My sessions helped me get stronger after ACL reconstruction when physical therapy ended. I now have a knee that I trust thanks to Sandi, Catherine, Tara, & every other instructor there who has covered one of my sessions. Forever grateful. If you want to learn from the best, go to The Pilates Project! You’ll feel better and stronger every time.

Pilates project is the best. I have been coming for 6 months and have really felt a difference in my flexibility and strength. Sandi truly has the best facility and staff. Alyssa and Michelle are so amazing and have really made me feel comfortable and have helped me learn the whole art of Pilates. Thank you Pilates project!

I love Pilates and the Pilates Project Studio. When I began Pilates 2 years ago, I wasn’t sure I could do it. I had never taken gymnastics, dance, and I am not athletic at all. Knowing that I needed the exercise, I joined a gym but hated the boredom of the treadmill and the other machines. But Pilates looked interesting to me. One day on a whim at age 80 I stopped into the Pilates Project studio. I immediately loved my instructor Alissa. She gave me confidence that I could do this. Now at age 82, I enjoy my 2 weekly sessions, feeling invigorated. My endocrinologist said she believes Pilates has helped me take my diabetic A1C number from 6.2 down to 5.6.

The Pilates project offers a great variety of classes. I just finished Pilates with weights. The class is challenging. As you work out you feel every muscle working. The instructor is fantastic and makes sure you're not only using the correct muscles but you are using the correct form. When you're done you really feel like you worked all parts. You feel great!

The Pilates Project is one of my happy places. The environment is calm, easy-going, and fun all at the same time. My instructor, Alissa, is amazing and she helps me to stay accountable and to build a sense of mastery with Pilates. Pilates helps me to connect to my body in a joyful way and I am so happy to be a member.
