Great gym! High quality coaching, diverse classes, and great facilities. I love the cold plunge, Pure Lift classes, and make use of the saunas!

I have never been this committed to a gym and gone this consistently EVER. I have the 8 pack membership and next month I am looking forward to celebrating my 1yr with Fit House. Coaches are actively observing and correcting your form (respectfully lol). They rotate who designs the workouts and before each class they go through what the moves should look like/what we are trying to achieve. It is very intentional from how the workouts are structured to mimic real-life activities to challenging you to push when it's time. Personally, I feel like there is no pressure on how we show up - just that we do. I'm so glad I found something that works for me.

I have been going to Fit House for a few months. It has to be the most welcoming gym I’ve ever joined and I’ve tried many. I was nervous to try the strength based workouts because they’re not as familiar to me, but every coach is so helpful and provides individual training and corrections throughout the whole class. The classes are accommodating for all levels training. I’ve learned so much in a short amount of time. The recovery and stretch facilities are part of the reason I joined and they do not disappoint.

After years at another gym, I was looking for a change. I was burned out with the style of workout I had been doing and found myself not wanting to go any longer. It was at a really nice gym full of wonderful people and coaches, but I wanted something different and wanted to know my community better. A few of my friends told me about Fit House Denver and I couldn't be happier with the result. Its a one stop shop for all things fitness, recovery, and wellness. The Coaches are awesome, the community is great, and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. A few weeks ago I went on a community hike with the owner and people from the gym. It was awesome. What are you waiting for? Do it.

Fit House is a fantastic place for anyone at any level, a one stop shop for strength, wellness, and recovery. I was just getting started in my fitness journey and they helped me with all the needed modifications and now that my foundation is set and form is where it needs to be (thank you coaches) I can lift heavier and feel stronger than I have ever been. For anyone who's a member - you now get OPEN GYM for various times of the day. I love using the cold plunge, gym, then sauna on my own time. It's the cherry on top such a top tier facility in Denver! It's the first gym I joined when I moved and I have never looked back.

Eminence Barbell is great. There is programming 6 days a week and so many class options, morning, nights, and weekends. I’ve gotten to build strong connection with the other lifters and it’s great to have a team of lifters to motivate each other. Coach Andy and Coach Chad are very knowledgeable and make me feel supported when training AND competing.

It is more than just a CrossFit Gym. If you’re into weightlifting or powerlifting, you should give Eminence a try. High quality, extremely friendly and knowledgeable coaches. The programming is efficient and effective. Whether you're looking for a gym to drop-in at while in the Denver area, or a full-time training box, Eminence is absolutely the best CrossFit gym and weightlifting club in Denver.

I started weight lighting a year ago and knew little to nothing. Had 0 mobility 😅. Thanks to the great coaches and programing. My number have increased and my mobility has double. I even got to compete in a couple of competitions and had a great time.

Highly recommend this club if you are looking for somewhere to build strength, hone technique and have a ton of fun doing it. Very knowledgeable coaches, and multiple in house “practice” competitions per year to prepare for official meets. All levels welcome!
