The most important thing when you start working out is to be consistent and meet a good coach. Dr.kang is both great bodybuilder and trainer with proven history and T-800. I visited Dr. Kang from Seattle to learn how to lift properly for bodybuilding. As an amateur bodybuilder, it is a blessing to have an opportunity to learn from him. His knowledge of bodybuilding is superb and teaches you how to lift properly for bodybuilding. He also gave me many great advices including nutrition. Overall, the experience was amazing.

The place is really clean and tidy, and the trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I have questions about my body, they answer in a gentle and professional way, taking the time to make sure I understand everything. It was really fun to work out here.
