This by not the fanciest gym you’re gonna find in the area, however whatever fancy it lacks it makes up for it in body building and fitness equipment. The staff is very friendly and courteous and treat everyone with due respect. The gym is kept clean and the sauna also clean. Bathrooms and shower room is nice and clean too. The gym has so much equipment that there’s no one that can’t make up a killer workout in this gym. The protein bar is better than most fine dining cafes you’ll find and the options are endless. The meat stick options they have, not even Cabella’s will top it. Anyway, if you want to lift weights and get big, this is where you want to come if you’re around Worcester. Btw; the 24 hr gym thing is the cherry in the cake for me.

If you’re looking for a safe, quality place to train, then look no further than Uncaged Fitness in Worcester! This gym is amazing! A 20,000 sq. ft. facility, quality equipment and a great environment. Great service with friendly staff, a super clean comfortable environment for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. There nutrition bar which offers protein shakes, drinks and nutritional products for purchase is always an added benefit! They even have saunas! Plenty of parking and access from all major routes! The owners- Brielle and Cody are the best people, who are very welcoming, honest and always willing to lend a helping hand! Support your local businesses! I have referred friends and even customers from my own business to join! Congratulations!! Highly recommended!!

So glad this gym is now open! Endless space, so much equipment. You won’t feel like crowded when it’s busy. Bathrooms have a sauna which is a plus! Posing room is great for people who are into body building. In a great location and the owners are so welcoming. 10/10 recommend

I went to try their one-day pass for $25 and it’s pretty spacious inside with a couple sections. There’s a ton of equipment that operate on each muscle group and I love that they put the legroom in a more secluded area for people to be comfortable working out. They have a sauna, locker room, protein bar and soon there will be an ice bath. I believe it’s 24 hours, but staff is available from 7 to 7. The owner was really nice to introduce us to the gym. I can sense this gym being more popular as time goes on.

Uncaged Fitness is hands down the best gym I’ve been to! The space is massive, with plenty of room around each piece of equipment, so you never feel cramped. They have tons of machines in perfect condition, including specialty equipment, and there’s always a squat rack or bench press available, which is a huge plus. The machines operate extremely smoothly, making every workout enjoyable and efficient. I also love how everything is black— there are no distracting colors and there is natural sunlight coming in the windows (some gyms are super dark). Highly recommend for anyone serious about their fitness journey!

The young girl in front was so mean and rude. I came in with my family for swimming day on August 13 at around 6:15pm. I came to her asking how to cancel my swim lessons and she is immediately gave me an attitude. The whole conversation she was so rude and disrespectful, to be honest i really dont know what did i do wrong to be treated like this ? Why is she so rude? She making me feel so uncomfortable and not welcome. The owner please watch the footage you will understand. For someone who is work at the front desk and deal with customers this behavior of her really unacceptable and no wonder why you losing customers . I AM NOT AMIRI !!!!

If you are joining this gym for the sauna, don’t bother. It’s constantly down. And when it is working it is little more than a warm room. They need to turn the temperature up.

This is the first month attending the Greendale branch. We love the pool as it is very convenient for the kids. Today, I visited the kid gym and i was very sad to see very damaged and old floor foam carpets , gymnastic equipment and toys , etc. Its very important for children to exercise specially in states with very cold winters. Kids deserve a nice place to enjoy. I have been in other countries and kids areas are new, clean and innovative. I undestand that it may be a matter of funding but even parents can volunteer to participate in cleaning and restorations campains or fundraising. We could also donate toys ,etc. I am sure management is doing their best, I hope they have in mind this problem.

I cannot say enough about the Greendale YMCA and their staff that I have, throughout the years, had the pleasure of interacting with and trusting with not just my health as a two-time triple negative breast cancer survivor, but my overall well-being as a person. They continue to maintain a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment for everyone, and have, even if unbeknownst to them, given me the faith to believe the world is changing, and in the right direction. It is hard to stand up for what you believe in and for yourself in general, but the Y and the pillars of strength that are the wellness staff, that make this place what it is — not only, but especially Jill, John, Heather and Geoff — that ensure accountability, uphold the policies that necessitate a safe environment, work tirelessly to support their members and ensure they are heard and validated, has changed not only the world at large, but my own, and thus, my outlook upon it. I love you guys.

I just came to visit this relatively new gym near my hometown and it’s a nice one. They have a few of new equipment and cardio machines. They offer a smoothie bar and additional personal training, studio, plus a sauna. Membership pricing is relatively on the higher side compared to other private owned gyms but I can see it being worth the investment for a more upscale setting. Staff is friendly and the area is always cleaned. The only critic is that they don’t have a lot of machines that I tend to go for and they only have one reusable rag for every spray bottle that’s around which tends to build up a lot of moisture which can be a bit gross to use

I was very nervous to go as a out of shape non gym go-er but the staff are super friendly and everyone is very approachable and an overall welcoming community. The facility has everything you need and is very clean! Every one who goes is very respectful and I now can say I look forward to the gym!

Gym is organized, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is in great condition, but would love a back extension machine. Otherwise, all things considered I would absolutely recommend this gym!!

My son's headphones were stolen outside of his bag. His gym bag that he is not allowed to bring inside of the gym for "safety concerns." I told them I know they are gone but I want someone held responsible. I was basically told by Cox it's my son's fault for not having a lock but this does not excuse the fact that she has someone in her facility that is pick pocketing people's bag. Very disappointed in her and "HER MEMBERS"

My experience at the YMCA has been excellent so far. I've mainly used the wellness center, which has been great. The staff is very friendly, and I want to give a special mention to Molly, who has been particularly helpful.

The summer camp is a let down. If your child is 7 or older they get to enjoy the actual summer camp experience by going to the day camp grounds. But be prepared to know if they're not 7 or over they will be stuck in a brick building all summer alternating between 2-3 rooms. Oh they let them swim every day. That's all you're getting for your $225 a week. I have also been getting $96 taken out of my account for 4 months and we have not used the Y once. I've asked for a refund numerous times. Trying to speak to any higher management is impossible. My kids need summer and school clothes and that money should be returned.

#1 I think it's pretty rotten that I was charged all of March. Then they bill my credit card for April 68.00. They're closed. Should not be billing no one. Very disappointed in the Management. Reported people more than once. Even filed a formal complaint of people on their cell phones in the Locker room, Steam room, and Sauna. Peoples privacy should be respected. This is so wrong. So disrespectful. They do nothing about it. I may be calling news center 5 and tell them to investigate this if I see it 1 more time. Which I will. Happens every time I go. Refund us our money.
